Referral Program
At Mulberrys, we like to give back to our friends. Each time one of your friends becomes a new customer at Mulberrys Garment Care (and tells us that they were referred by you) you will receive a cash credit on your account equal to 5% of the dollar amount your friend spends with Mulberrys in the first six months. Your friend will receive a 10% off token to use on their next order dry cleaning or laundry order.
Example:
Scott is a Mulberrys customer.
His best friend James is not a Mulberrys customer (yet).
If James becomes a customer and spends $100 on dry cleaning, laundry, detergent, tailoring and other Mulberrys services, we will give Scott a cash credit on his account for $5.00. If James spends $500 over the course of 6 months, Scott will receive a cash credit of $25.
After James becomes a customer he will walk away with a 10% off token, which can be used on his next dry cleaning & laundry order.
This referral program is not automatic, so we ask newly referred customers to sign up for it in one of our stores at the time they begin service with Mulberrys. (If you are a new customer or if you signed up online indicate who referred you in the "comments" section.)
***The Mulberrys referral program is not retroactive. For example, if James forgot to mention that Scott referred him at the time James signs up to be a customer both James and Scott miss the referral rewards. The referral program is only valid for new customers at the time of sign up.
