I had a problem recently, I brought in a man’s black wool jacket that has some paint on it. When I picked it up I asked the girl about the paint as I looked to see if you were able to remove. The girl said she didn’t know but I could leave it again. I couldn’t figure out why to leave it again as it had been marked. It appears they got some out? Not sure what to do?

san-carlos StoreIf you are offering a coupon and advertising it in your shop, and a customer meets the requirements and is in the shop, you should honor the coupon instead of saying the offer is only available if you signed up online.
That feels like you “got me” and it promotes bad feelings.

san-carlos StoreI like Mulberry\'s except for one issue. Mulberry’s replaced all buttons on 2 blue cotton shirts recently, so they would match. They are starting to fall off. One was loose. I pulled the thread and it came off. In prep for drop off today, I pulled loose threads on 3 buttons on the second blue cotton shirt and they all came off. It’s as if they are not knotting the thread once the button is sewn on. Replacing buttons is the first sewing task my mom taught me when I was 7 or 8 years old and my buttons never fell off! How is it that a skilled tailor can’t do this properly? I’m stumped.

2295 Filbert St. StoreI had a partial leather canvas bally hat that was supposed to be sent out to a leather cleaning service and it was returned with the rest of the items today uncleaned and lint was in my dress shirt that I specifically asked to remove otherwise excellent service and I am very pleased with the text updates from the pickup driver

St. Louis Park StoreI was initially informed that my items would be ready after 3pm on Saturday. I arrived around 4pm and was told that the truck had not yet arrived. This ordinarily wouldn’t be a big deal, however, I was planning to wear one of the dresses to a wedding on Sunday. Adriana went above and beyond— she called me about a half hour after I’d left to let me know that the truck had arrived and that my dresses were there. She also gave me a discount for the inconvenience. She was very kind and I appreciated all of her work!
