A shirt that was labeled do not dry cleaned was dry cleaned. Otherwise great!

I was pleased with the dry-cleaning, and the driver was great! My biggest issue was with the online aspect. It wasn't clear to me if someone was actually coming to my house to drop off a "welcome package," so when it got later in the day (around 5pm or so), I assumed it was a generic email, and I scheduled a pickup. Then I saw there was a $30 minimum charge for an order to be picked up, so I canceled the order. Then my driver showed up and took my items. Since I kept getting text messages about when drivers were in the area, I wrongly assumed that I would get a text message giving me an idea on the cost of my item or letting me know when it would be returned. I was pleasantly surprised that the price was cheaper than what was listed online, but I didn't realize I had to log-in to see what my cost was. (I'm not saying that it wasn't also on my part for not reading. Just letting you know that for me, it wasn't super clear, since I've never used this service or any dry cleaning service before.) My item was delivered, and then days later, I got an email saying it was delivered. Then yesterday, my driver showed up for the order that I'd cancelled. So overall, I'm pleased, and I now know what to expect. And my dress looks great! But I think the online portion is a little clunky.

The underarm seam in the blue blouse was not fixed. Otherwise great!

For some reason my delivery came on two separate days. The second one was a single shirt. Perhaps it was lost in the system. It's not a big deal, but it could have been if I had been relying on that piece of clothing for an event or something.

Everything was cleaned efficiently, however a little hint of chemical smell was still left on the clothes but very faint other than that great service

Pickup came the same evening, but after the time window given via email. I was about to remove my bag from my porch when the pickup was made (some time around 7:00pm).

The delivery staff came outside of my specified delivery window twice. I wonder if that information is not communicated to them. Thanks!

Why the huge hangers? I couldn't hang them up in my car, and they take more room in my closet. I know they're cheap-looking, but wire hangers are more efficient. Also, my understanding is that you're a more environmentally friendly alternative to regular dry cleaners - why the "traditional" big plastic bags when the rest of the world is getting rid of those?

Don’t always get everything out

A button was missing on one of my dress shirts the time before I had it cleaned. I failed to mention it when I should have. My apologies. Otherwise I am always please and extremely impressed with the work and the professionalism of your team.

Occasional missing pieces and occasionally I get pieces of clothing that aren't mine.

Sometimes challenging noting which things are wash/fold vs dry clean only. It always makes me a little worried.

Last Friday, June 11th, my laundry had some whites that were a tinge blue. (socks, casual top, towel and underwear) I will continue to use your service as I know this was not on purpose. Just a heads up.
