244 Townsend StoreWine stain, while greatly reduced was not eliminated. A little personal TLC with the garment l believe could have made a difference. The counter staff was excellent.

Delivery MN StoreYour counter staff at 54th and lyndale is awesome - the young lady that helped me was so nice and made sure to update all aspects of my account, etc.The fill out a slip check in process is cumbersome and awkward - not the staff's fault. And no hot cocoa or coffee... ?
I prefer dropping off at the store and having delivery back to the house - the neighbors don't need to see the dirty laundry.... ha.
Maybe when dropping off our order a bag could be included with barcode so when we drop off at store for service you already have all of our info for the order.We appreciate your business / service in our community.Thank you,John Rader

Delivery MN StoreDespite a lengthy conversation with the agent when I set up the service, and with the driver who communicated well with me by phone when picking up the laundry outside my back door on the third floor, there were apparently no notes in my file about where to deliver the finished laundry so the delivery driver left it downstairs at the front door of the building and I had to lug the heavy bags up three flights. I just got out of the hospital and that was pretty difficult for me.

Delivery MN StoreThis was my first dry-cleaning experience with Mulberrys. It was a near perfect experience, so I rated them 4 stars out of a possible 5. I was getting a formal bridesmaid dress cleaned and I wanted to be quoted before they started working on it. I was confirmed that someone from the cleaning lab would contact me once my dress arrived and was looked over.Unfortunately, that did not happen and I received my dress on the scheduled return date without a heads up on final cleaning costs. Other than that, it was a rather easy transaction and process.
