Burlingame StoreThe problems were IT related. For example the phone app for Android would not allow me to enter my address fully. The box for apartment number would not select any letters and my apartment has letters and numbers in it.Also at the register when they tried to enter my card to keep on file, we scanned my Visa debit card twice and for some reason it wouldn't take and the number on the card wouldn't match the number in the clerk's system. Not a big deal I had to use the card reader and it worked just fine.Parking in the area is pretty hidden and scarce if you want to just run in to grab your stuff quickly. This location did not have a drive-thru and the meter maids in the area are active ly ticketing.Lastly I found the price for a dry cleaned shirt to be two or $3 more expensive then dry cleaners I've used nearby. Competitor on the square however was equivalent. Maybe it's Burlingame square rent driving the cost up.Those are my complaints. Regarding everything else, it was excellent to premium in terms of inside the facility, staff, service and materials/product.I'd like to come in Chris at the register helping me both times navigate my way being a new customer to the neighborhood as I search for a new dry cleaner.Thank you for your time and efforts. I look forward to improvements in the application and register. Maybe also a mitigation in pricing during this tight economy we're in.

Edina StoreI was surprised that to tack down the soles of 2 pairs of dress sandals, that the bill was $45. It was done well, but still seemed a little expensive. Then I had the online 20% off 1st time customer coupon and the sales associate tried to tell me I couldn't use that on shoe repair. I had to pull it up online and show her there were no restrictions listed and show the barcode to get that 20% off.

Delivery MN StoreYour website is poor. Took 2 times to get the pickup scheduled. Still shows having 2 orders even though only one was acknowledged. Also, I can't see where my 1st time customer coupon "WELCOME" was applied. The pickup and delivery tracking was way off. Wrong dates and still showed in transit the following day even though it was picked up and delivered.

Delivery-SF StoreEvery time I send an item in for alteration and indicate so in the notes - they just clean it and send it back. Has happened multiple times. Once I even asked for just the alternation and do not clean it. But they charged me $11 for the cleaning and didn’t alter it (was simply asking to fix the zipper and had even attached the original zipper)

Minneapolis StoreI sent customer care an email - one of my pants had a rip by the clasp, are they able to repair?I was very happy with the speediness and turn around time/delivery. I wasn’t thrilled about the plastic garment bags they used to drop off. I did send my clothes off in a resizable dry cleaning bag I didn’t receive back. What is the best way to send clothes to dry cleaning and minimize the plastic used?

244 Townsend StoreWhen my clothes were delivered, the Postmates representative didn’t know that they were supposed to use the callbox at the front door to be buzzed in. They repeatedly called my mobile phone and were sent to v-mail because it was an unknown number. The representative showed me the instructions they have from Mulberrys that tells them to call me directly. Every time I try to update my profile with the callbox instructions, they don’t save to my account in the instructions field.

Edina StoreI thought 4 stars was pretty good. I just don't like to give 5 stars unless I have been there multiple times and have had a chance to make price comparisons.
Everything was good. Very professional, quick, and conveniently close to work.

Roseville StoreI've been to the Roseville location approximately 4-5 times. One my first visit, I very clearly expressed: "This is my first time coming here". I was hoping to get an explanation of the services that Mulberry's offers, or at least asked if I wanted to know what you guys do that is unique. Nope, nothing, "here's your ticket". On my 2nd visit I asked to have a button replaced. That went fine. 3rd visit, after deciding on my own to look at the company website, I asked for more information about pick up and delivery service. It sounds perfect for me, but I would have literally never known unless I asked. Yesterday, I dropped off some shirts at 3pm, hours after it quit snowing. The stairs and sidewalk were covered with 6" of snow. Light fluffy snow that even my 9 year old daughter could shovel. After all the press Mulberry's received about it being a higher end experience, I was excited to ditch my current cleaner. The store design, and execution of the laundering meet that higher standard, but the personel fall flat. It's "fine". Anyone, can grab shirts and run credit card. Why not tell me about delivery? Or, on my first visit ask if I want a quick overview of what Mulberry's offers? Show just a tiny bit of energy as though you're moderatly happy to have my/our business and say the actual words "Thank you" after you receive my payment. The staff all seem to be nice(maybe shy?) and are probably good people. Maybe they just need a little training, direction, or accountability. I like the quality of the laundering so far. Wishing you continued success in 2020. Thanks!
