Delivery-SF StoreI had asked for my linens came back to me lightly starched instead of medium starch that I requested & most of the buttons on my duvet cover & pillows were cracked. I hope that they will replace the cracked buttons & be more careful in the future.

Delivery MN StoreI placed the online order with pickup and dropoff times on the website but the pick up time came and went. In the meantime, it poured rain, so all the clothes and bag they were in, were soaked. I had to call up and ask why the clothes had not been picked up. That was the only way anyone even knew about my online order. After the pickup, everything was fine.
