The woman who I met when I dropped off was stellar. I would have given 5 stars. But the person who I checked out with when picking the item up was not very professional. I was picking up a very large rug that had stains on it when I dropped it off. I simply asked if Mulberry was able to get the stains out. She shrugged and replied, “I have no idea”. I thought that was an odd response to a reasonable question. She quickly rang me up and sort of ignored me when I was carrying the large item out with my partner. I didn’t expect her to help me with the item but perhaps holding the door open or helping me figure out a way to keep the door open would have been nice, especially when we were the only customers in there at the time.

It was odd, but the person behind the desk had the hardest time spelling my name. My first name, the easy one. Anyway, It's also a bummer that it costs significantly more than competitors, but then again, you got stains out where they struggle sometimes.

First, 4 out of 5 ain't bad! My laundry was not folded perfectly. Maybe with other companies a machine folds the clothes, and at your company people fold the clothes. Very cool if that's true.I grade at the college level! 😉

Delayed time in getting garment back
