App is sometimes spotty/buggy. Notes on receipt not clear whether specific wash instrux were followed.

While setting up my account on the app, I had to re-enter my address 5 times because the app seemingly kept wanting to locate me at a different address.

The service was friendly and fast! My jacket is now nice and clean. I will take my Down jacket in to get washed without being worried I will ruin in. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I was told my jacket would be ready on a Friday but when I came in it wasn't ready and I had to return Saturday. They're nice enough to send you an e-mail/text when its ready as well.

Pick up and drop off within the two hour window selected.

Snow had drifted up to block the door, so I needed to go through the adjacent wig store and back hallway to get to Mulberry's. However, staff were very accommodating and helpful, and my order was completed before the anticipated pick up time and was well done. The difficult access on that particular day is the only reason for not rating my experience as 5 stars.

The driver left my cloths at the neighbors house for the 3 rd time. Please make sure that doesn't happen any more. There is also 1 black pants missing from my wife.

It could be a little faster.

I was told clothes would be ready at 4pm the following day. I came by at 4:45pm and they were not there. The woman was very nice and offered 50% off.

The pick-up and drop-off service is great and I love the reminder texts. I primarily chose Mulberry's for the eco-friendly cleaning methods. My clothes are clean without chemical smells. However, I think you need to work on the final pressing. The two blazers I got back yesterday don't look great. One wasn't even buttoned and the other one was bagged with the collar points turned up. I will have to iron myself before I can wear it. Less importantly, one of the hangers was broken too.

Receipts aren't always received via email.

Loved the atmosphere of the store and the cleaning seems great. The woman working at the desk was not friendly, even when I told her it was my first visit and was interested in the process.

Only time will tell if the stitching holds up.

It was the customer service. The gentleman told me my jacket would be available “tomorrow evening after 5pm”, but when I went back to get it we were told that it was not ready for another 24 hours. Then, when we came back a second time there was a man sitting at the desk in the back room who very loudly exclaimed to someone back there, “Why don’t these idiots just know to stay home in this weather?” just before walking to help my husband get my jacket. There were other customers there as well. It was very cold weather in our area this week but I needed my jacket because it was my only one, which is why we we still left the house to pick it up.

The website wasn't clear that a tailor is not available in the Eagan store. I also had trouble getting the staff's attention on both drop off and pick up.
