I was a brand new customer and when dropping off my items I asked how much it would cost and was verbally told $34. When I went to pick up my items the price was over $40, I understand that mistakes can happen but I think it would be better to provide a written quote with all tickets. I was also pretty disappointed with the service I received from the lady behind the counter when I did my pick up, I had taken two new items in to be altered and she acted like she was doing me a huge favor and as if I was wasting her time.

I had a very good experience with Mulberrys, however, I sent my nephew to pick up my garments, he didn't have enough cash and had to make two trips. It would be helpful to know the cost of service, maybe within the same email that alerts customers their items are ready you could include the amount due. Thanks.

Recently moved to the area and this being the closest service location, I looked into it and Was advised that front desk experience can be random depending on who’s on duty. Turned out to be true.

Hi! I was referred by my friend Christine for $20 off my first dry cleaning but the code didn’t work. I have had an issue with the app and an issue with creating my profile. However the lady at the Mulberrys was very nice and tried to get me a discount in other ways and my garment was ready on time. I still had to pay for the service. My only advise is you need to work on your technology.

Overall the experience was good. I think the people who work at the register could be a bit nicer, to make this closer to 5 stars. It would also be nice to know how much items cost as I'm dropping things off as I don't frequent the cleaners much and the items I did drop off are not the usual items.

Everything was perfect and everyone I dealt with was very nice up until the time I wanted to get my final altered item. I had 3 pieces picked up, 2 to be cleaned, 2 to be altered. The 2 items were delivered last week and I was informed that the altered item would be ready this week. Since I was downtown I wanted to pick up my item at your Post street location. When I went there they informed me that my item was at the Townsend location. So I called the Townsend location and requested a delivery between 1-2. At almost noon today a driver called to tell me he was there for my pickup. I explained that I was expecting a delivery not waiting for a pickup. So I called back and tried to clear things up and am now waiting for my item to be delivered (even though I just received a text saying my “pickup was complete” and my credit card charged.) In conclusion, it’s a great service, super convenient and the price with the 50% discount can’t be beat, but I’ll think twice about the delivery service again. Thank you.
