244 Townsend StoreI’ve been using Mulberry and Greenstreets for years off and on. So this is my review for that full period:- I got a pair of pants hemmed twice when you were still green streets and the quality was subpar. It fell out both times. Not sure if tailoring has improved since then since I never came back.- I’ve had minor hiccups in service between nearly lost items and confusion over my account, BUT each time the staff figured out what was wrong and fixed the situation. The fact they could find items or fix problems or propose solutions is a major plus.- The service is always timely.- The new remodel looks good.I’d say things are ultimately fine. The dock in stars is mostly because of little hiccups and not trusting the tailoring again yet. I don’t have any current issues.

St. Louis Park StoreVery pleasant experience. The receipts were difficult to decipher. Since this was my first time using mulberrys I wanted to know what I was charged for each item. This required looking at the store receipt as it was not clear on the customer receipt.

244 Townsend StoreI started it coming here when it was eco-cleaners and there was a credit for bringing hangers back. Now I see that you are handing out big wooden hangers and its unclear if there is a credit for bringing them back. Is this still an eco-place? That seems wasteful.

Delivery MN StoreEverything was great, but I never received a quote about the cost of my dry cleaning. I can understand not being able to determine that before pick up, but after pickup, I thought I would have received a quote for the dry cleaning. I never received anything. After dropping my dry cleaning, the cost wasn't even in the dry cleaning. I had to call the store, and the rep politely looked up my cost.

St. Louis Park StoreMy sweater was cleaned nicely. I left my old Waldorf-Nevens green bag (I put a white label on it saying MULBERRY) downstairs in my condo's drop-off/pick-up room on Monday and got it back Thursday with excellent email notice from both Mulberry and my condo package system. My only disappointment is that I didn't get a new light blue Mulberry bag and tag. I still have my makeshift white label on my old Waldorf-Nevens bag. I at least expected that I'd get a new routing tag.

Edina Store4 Stars = very pleased, nothing was wrong with my service, and will gladly go again. I wouldn't give 5 stars unless I got it done for free or if it included dinner or something. Don't feel bad!
