Edina StoreI genuinely love Mulberrys and always have a near perfect experience. However, the wait was so long on Saturday that if dropping off, instead of picking up, I would have left.There were only 2 other customers in the store with me. They had drop off and pick up. Retrieval was time consuming. Might be good to add a second employee on Saturdays. 20 minutes is a long time to wait when a typical visit gets you in and out within five.,Thank you!

St. Louis Park StoreOverall, great experience! My name had been misspelled when I dropped off my clothing so the person helping me had trouble finding my garments when I picked them up. However, they were very apologetic and looked me up by phone number instead. Then they made sure to change the spelling of my name and gave me a coupon presumably to make up for the mistake. I will definitely make a habit of taking my dry cleaning here.

San Carlos StoreThere were a few pretty heavy stains on the garment (unfortunate spill at a bar). There are still some remnants of the stains. Not sure if I permanently damaged my suit or if they didn't just come out. Obviously my fault that I badly stained my suit, but it would have been great if the remaining stains had been discussed upon pick up, especially since we addressed them at the front end of the service. Instead, I found them when I got home.Either way, you guys provide a great, high end service. Thanks!

St. Louis Park StoreService was great and I like the ways my clothes were cleaned. I had a stain on a sleeve of a sweater suit jkt that, if the material would be ruined, may not be able to be removed. It wasn't removed. I'm willing to pay more for clean cleaning for our environment, but the point of the dry cleaner is many instances is to get a stubborn stain out. That's the only reason this is not a five-star.

San Carlos StoreThere was an extra fee for a type of material that was not listed on the website - I did not see it listed in the store either - service was quick and easy - they took back a piece that had a mark on it for no extra charge, which was great customer service - the only problem I had with this visit is that there were extra fees that I was not aware of (a price increase, as well as material charge, as well as special request charge) some of which are listed on the website, some are not - upon dropping off, it would be nice to have any miscellaneous charges announced before hand
