we used green streets. you acquired them. green streets had us on their route and we could drop our cleaning with the concierge anytime. i dropped off my cleaning and it never got picked up. it sat for about ten days. i had to call you to find out that the routine had changed. i have no problem with setting an appt for pick up and drop off with you as i am now doing but you did not handle the transition well. no one contacted me to let me know that i could no longer just drop my cleaning.

Only thing was that one of the shirts top button was broken. It's a new shirt, but not a huge deal. Just wondering how the button can get replaced. Was going to mention it when I brought it in next. Thank you

Your service is quite wonderful; the best dry cleaning service I have ever experienced. The most recent delivery contained a confusing note which said that I still owed ~$18.00The less than perfect rating is because I could not decipher the extra charge and why it was not claimed on my credit card.Other than that last confusion I love Mulberrys and would not go anywhere else.R Dibble
