I learned that you don't pick-up/deliver in my neighborhood. Also the pricing didn't seem transparent. The cost of a pair of pants "started" at $7.99, but I had no idea whether there would be add-ons that would increase the price. (And the person accepting the pants from me didn't make it clear either)

Service was good. I called last Sunday at the Townsend store and was told the tailor was available the next day on Monday. I showed up at 10:30am and was told there was no tailor service at this store anymore except for Saturday and Sunday. I followed up and went to the Berry street store. Was not a big issue.

Was given a 3pm delivery time.Was told only part of the order was available.Had to make a second trip to retrieve the rest.They were accommodating and polite and did offer to deliver it.They also discounted the rush charge as a service recovery measure.Will return.

My experience was great, the only issue was it took 2 months to get my dress cleaned. It was my wedding dress, so I didn't need it in any hurry, but seemed like a long time to clean it. I'll definitely use you again!

Was some confusion with confirmation email about scheduled pick-up/drop-off. Confirmation stated it was a recurring request, but it was a one-time request. Contacted the company and they let me know it was indeed just a one time request, was just incorrect on confirmation.
