Fantastic customer service. Did a great job with a very tough, already-set, red-colored stain on a comforter. The ONLY reason it's not a 5-star rating is because removing the stain entirely would have earned a 5. There's still a hint of it in the fabric.This is not a criticism, though. Very tough stain. Fantastic customer service, as always, and the job was completed earlier than expected.Thank you!

There was a little confusion (at least to me) about the receipt I received for the items I dropped off recently. I asked that all 4 items be dry cleaned, but one of the two email receipts I received indicated 3 items had been tagged for dry cleaning and the other receipt indicated that 1 item was for laundry. I contacted customer service to address this concern and I believe that my concern was heard and hope it was acted on, but I never received a confirmation that all four items would be dry cleaned even though I specifically asked for this confirmation.

The clothes sometimes have a musky smell to them from the dry cleaning. Also sometimes the clothes take longer than the standard 2-3 day turnaround, which is unacceptable.
