Mulberrys is great!! I had a pair of pants dropped off for alterations over a year ago that haven't been found which is annoying but not a deal breaker as there are very few good dry cleaners in MSP.I do think there needs to be better communication between the local stores and the delivery system as not everyone seems to understand or be able to answer questions accurately about the delivery process. The Lyndale/53rd location is very pleasant and friendly.Thanks

The timing of everything was a little confusing--although quick.I got an email that the order was ready on Saturday but it was delivered today. I thought I had asked for Wednesday. However, I appreciate the pick up and delivery service and will us again.

I love the service and am always very happy with the cleaning services Mulberry's provides. When things weren't exactly as ordered, they do a fantastic job in correcting the issue. The only complaint I have, which isn't much of a complaint, is im curious to know what happened to the nice wood hangers. I do use them, but return them when I am finished. I am sorry to see that part of the service go, but will still continue using the service because overall, it is fantastic! :)

The Mulberry app showed my Order as In Progress and the status never updated even after the Order was ready for pickup. It would have been nice if the person accepting my order at drop off would have asked if there were special instructions for any items.

The quality of my alternation is excellent & staff have been very friendly. I rated it 4, rather than 5, because my order was delayed (due to a broken machine) three times & staff did not call to inform me the second or third time my pick up date was pushed out.

I really wanted to give Mulberrys a five star rating because I have great appreciation of your drive to provide great quality while reducing harmful chemical applications. However, my Canada Goose coat was returned with makeup remaining around the collar.

I originally scheduled a pickup for Thursday, 6/29, and placed my bag outside just before 8 a.m. because the confirmation I received said pickup is between 8 and 5. However, my bag was not picked up, so I rescheduled a pickup for Monday, 7/3. The driver rang our doorbell at 7:30 because I hadn't put the bag out yet, but he could see it through our front door. It's not a problem to put the clothes outside before 8, I just wish I had known that! If you could update the times in your communications to reflect what time the clothes should be outside, that would be great.In terms of the cleaning itself, the clothes looked great when they came back (as usual!) and I really appreciate that your system is really eco-friendly.
