The service was friendly and fast! My jacket is now nice and clean. I will take my Down jacket in to get washed without being worried I will ruin in. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I was told my jacket would be ready on a Friday but when I came in it wasn't ready and I had to return Saturday. They're nice enough to send you an e-mail/text when its ready as well.

My confirmation receipt had the wrong amount of garments I dropped off (it reflected 1 when it should have been 2). This made me a little bit scared that something was lost so I had to call back and confirm.

From a price value standpoint, the dry-cleaning was fair. A little expensive for the quality of work completed. The shirt was returned with more pilling and fuzz than when it was sent. Not sure because of the material of the shirt, but this was the second item returned in that condition.

Pricing - it was $10 for dry cleaning a sweater and additional $3 because of I had silk in the sweater. Would have brought all my sweaters here for dry clean if not for the price. Customer service was great. Just wished your pricing is more reasonable.

My sweater was ruined (chemical burns). First I was advised to send it to be re-cleaned even though it was clear that nothing could have been done. But I agreed because it seemed it was a part of the process. Then last Sunday, February 23rd, in Belmont store (Ralston & El Camino), when it was confirmed that nothing could be done about the sweater, the clerk who was on shift suggested leaving it there promising that the manager will contact me the next day with the form I’ll need to submit. A week later I haven’t received anything yet. How many times do I need to drive to the store to deal with the issue?!

Destroyed a second shirt. Given a credit and no where does it show a credit in the “system.” Unable to give receipts in a timely manner. Had to call to get the email and then told he can’t email them but print them out. So much for trying to use technology.
