St. Paul StoreMy shirt had a new stain on it when I picked it up. Mulberry's said they will fix it free of charge, but it won't be ready until the end of the week. I took one star off for inconvenience and a not very thorough job of cleaning my blouse.

Palo Alto StoreI was given a pick-up date and time of Saturday at 4:00 PM. I arrived a little after 4 PM to find that my order was not ready. Nor was it ready Monday (as promised by the person at the counter). I finally retrieved it today, Wednesday. Not a great first impression.

St. Louis Park StoreMost items were fine but 2 items needed to be repressed.
I returned them to the Mulberry cleaners near my home with specific directions- the items were delivered today in the same condition they were last week even though the tags on the bags gave clear instructions what needed to be done.
I've returned the items to the store again & asked that they be brought to the store- not delivered so I can see what's been done & not wait for the delivery timeline

Minneapolis StoreDropped garment bag off at the inside drop box location due to a long line. Had to call 3 business days later to make sure it was received, as I hadn't been notified by email like usual that they received my drop off. It hadn't been entered into the system. Not a big deal, the service was fine, just should check the inside drop box for items more often if offering that as an option.
