San Carlos StoreThe experience was perfect. The pricing is not. I like the convenience of email notifications and having my cc on file. However, it's not so convenient that it's worth 2-3x the price of my long time dry cleaner. I tried your service because I want to support a neighborhood business, however, when the pricing is so much more than market, I feel like I'm being gauged.

Minneapolis StoreYou don't need to follow up with me I would have given 5 stars, however, the gentleman that took my order in didn't return my large suit hanger that I brought the suit in on to me, tossed it out I guess. I called but it was to late.

Delivery StoreThey picked up my order a day early and I wanted to add another article. They did not deliver my order when they said they would. I had to call. And, the woman I spoke to yesterday could
not answer some of my ? Such as, how do I get another form for pick-up. I forgot how I got it last time.

St. Louis Park StoreI started using Mulberry's in 2010 and had a wonderful experience with familiar faces for the next three years. Since then, it seems like there is more turnover with the staff, starting with the tailor, and more frequent mistakes. I think it is worthwhile to retain your quality employees and keep your customers loyal.
