Nothing needs to be made better - I was just confused by the process and how it worked and the sales associate didn't explain it when I signed up and dropped off my clothing. It's okay though--all of my questions were answered by your website afterwards!

I phoned already to better understand your pricing so I don't need a call back. When I first called to find out pricing I wasn't informed about the $0.99/shirt pricing for stains. I saw that the charges were more then expected when the shirts were delivered back today.
