Edina StoreMy experience in the store was great; the woman working remembered my name and was very friendly. However, when I got home and took my clothes out from the bag, they all had a strange chemical smell to them; one that I've never smelled before from Mullberry's. I hung my clothes on a rack to air them out and hope that the scent will go away.

St. Louis Park StoreService was excellent and alterations and cleaning were completed successfully. We were given another customer's tailored jacket with our original order and didn't realize until we took items out of bags when we returned home. Thus, a minor inconvenience in having to return to the store to return items that weren't ours resulted in a slightly less than perfect experience.

Minneapolis StoreThe overall experience with Mulberry's has been great. The dry cleaning service is excellent.Postmates and the other courier services that are used are not the best. It would be nice if they could read the notes on our account (I.e.leave dry cleaning at the door if we aren't home, the big blue bag at the front door is the dry cleaning for pick up)..
