Due to family obligations, I was unable to pick up my within 30 days and received an email indicating that I would be charged a storage fee. I was surprised by the email since I did not have prior notice of the storage fee. Overall, the representative (at the Eagan Bylerly's location) informed me I would not incur a storage fee so I am happy with the resolution. I understand that timeliness in retrieving clothes is important to your business. That said, I suggest revising the email to be a bit more empathetic (e.g., while we understand that pre-existing obligations may make it difficult to retrieve your clothes, we must balance strike a balance between providing a reasonable time frame to retrieve clothes with the limited capacity in our stores . . .). I also recommend the email inform the customer that s/he will have a grace period (e.g., 3 additional days) before any additional charges will be incurred. Thank you!

I loved the actual cleaning service. However, I was a little less pleased with the quality of your pick-up and delivery personnel. They seem to lack care and concern for people's belongings. My clothes were left on the floor. Granted, I asked them to place them in between my door and storm door not knowing that everything would be on hangers. I thought they might be folded in a garment bag and this is my first time using your service. Your delivery people should be the experts. If something is going to get ruined, they should help educate the customer. I would have preferred that they hand them on the door handle. I came back home to find my nice clothes smashed by my storm door, on the ground, wrinkled and some even torn. After paying a great deal of money, this was very frustrating to say the least. Also, I have a suede jacket that was sent in for cleaning and I have not been contacted as to when it will be delivered. I would love a follow-up as to where it is and when I can expect delivery. Thank you very much.

I tried to download the app and it would not accept my email and password. The gentlemen at the counter gave me a name to call, but I am unable to call during his working hours. Clothes are beautiful, just technology not so much.

The barcode sticker was placed on the hem of my black wool skirt in a place that was visible. I could not remove the sticker on my own without damaging the fabric. Your staff was polite and corrected the problem, but it was an inconvenience.
