Minneapolis StoreActually, we had a "duvet insert" cleaned and have not taken it out of the packaging as we do not need to use it during summer. My reason for the 4 rating is that we were surprised by the fee. I realize it is a large piece and that it would be more costly - but did not expect it would be $67.

St. Louis Park StoreI wish I could order service the morning of the day I am on the route (i.e. Monday/Thursday). I frequently don't think of doing so until the morning - but it is then too late. Then I have to wait a few days or take my laundry elsewhere.

St. Louis Park StoreThis was my first time using Mulberrys. The clothes look wonderful, so cleaning was great. Communication was frustrating. I wasn't sure what to expect--I thought I asked to knock at door or call--I did not want clothes left if I was not there, yet they were left. Buttons were sown on--which was great, but I did not request it. On a pair of dress trousers, I specifically attached a note NOT to sew on the button as I had it and would do it after cleaning was complete, but a button was sewn on anyway. So now I need to remove that one and replace it with the right one. I thought based on info from the web that clothes would be delivered Thursday, but they weren't. When I called it was still unclear. So they came when I did not expect it and were left hanging on my door knob when no one was home. I use dry cleaning rarely. I only want on demand pick-up. It was unclear in any documentation that this is understood, so hopefully they don't make an unnecessary trip to my house. Clearer communication on all this would have made the experience wonderful because having the pickup/delivery option was fantastic, and the clothing looks beautiful.

Minneapolis StoreDelivery was delayed on two separate occasions. I am not sure why? Not very Important on this order, but it is on others.

Minneapolis StoreI noticed a "defective before cleaning" tag on the garment when I got home. I had no idea anything was wrong with the dress. It would have been helpful for the defect to be pointed out to me when I picked up the dress so I can repair it, or at least be aware of it.

Minneapolis StoreI was hoping to set up delivery service, but because we live in an apartment I don't think it is possible because we would need to be home to let you into the apartment and we are both gone at work every day during the week.
