1) My pickup was missed. But, the carrier called and apologized. Rescheduled pickup date. 2) A suggestion: can you give us instructions on how you like us to share special instructions for cleaning? For instance, a particular spot on a garment? Thanks, Lori

My first use of your next day pick up was fine. When trying to fill our your feedback/review from the email you sent me, your software didn't work very well. It kept returning to the first screen with blanks in my name etc. I like the new service. I assume you will apply the $10.00 credit offer to my latest shirt order. There's been a slight glitch using the pick-up service and I'm not sure if it is my fault or what, but I've left stuff in the blue bag on my doorstep 3 different times after scheduling a pick-up and the clothes were not picked up. I may have left them too late in the morning (9:30 am or so) but if I could get that fixed, it would be wonderful!

Mulberry's service was amazing! I gave 4 stars because I had trouble with the online ordering feature and ended up having to call to clarify some information. All else was wonderful- timely pick-up and drop-off, clothes in pristine condition. Will definitely use this service again.

They do not always read notes we send down with clothing. Also they OFTEN has mislabeled items as things other than they are and charge more. For example I sent a scarf down and they called it a rug. My husband sent a plain short down and they said it was embellished and charged more. he has NO embellished shirts! your company is much more expensive than others.

Great service. Love the technology-bar code and credit card on file and email when order is complete. Prices are high and I would go somewhere else if it were convenient. Wondering if you could give a 50c credit for bringing wood hangars back as way to cater to budget conscious folks. I suggest selling Diet Coke--I'm sure your demographic skews way more toward Diet Coke than Coke.
