St. Louis Park StoreI was told that my item would be ready on Thursday but I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. They also charged me an extra $10 to try and get some blood out of my blazer. I wish they would have called me beforehand to ask if that was ok. Even with a coupon, dry cleaning my one item cost me $22. That seems a bit insane.

Minneapolis StoreI called after downloading the app to make sure I was scheduling correctly and the gal who answered the phone was awesome!! She was peppy, friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. She went the extra mile to add notes about the app coupon order, which I didn't know how to apply myself.My order was done on-time and perfectly; however, I wasn't as satisfied with drop-off. I received 10 texts in total from the delivery boy. His first questions were about getting in to the building, which I assumed he would know for the RiverWest building (a common drop-off location). After buzzing him in, I continued to get texts asking about which floor and unit number. (I can't imagine that wasn't on the order.) Anyway, I was working out at the gym and wasn't pleased with the 10 texts interrupting my lift.Otherwise, everything was great! It's not that it was the delivery guy's fault (he could have had poor instructions) — he was very friendly in his communications (texts) so nothing bad to say about him personally. :)

Edina StoreI generally have a good experience. However, I brought a skirt in well in advance of when I needed it for a business trip. I needed to be cleaned, and I specifically to the person work (on a Sunday ) that the back seem needed to be repaired as it was ripped. Sat or Sunday and was told they would do best, but not likely it would be ready Had the email it was ready after I left on my business trip. I am a weekly, regular customer and this was not OK .

Edina StoreMy skirt was able to be cleaned due to its material. I am happy they took that precaution but I would have loved a phone call or even when I picked up the skirt for someone to tell me. I only found out when I opened the bags at home.

Minneapolis StoreService was timely. The feature to schedule a pick up at the push of one button because you're in the area is absolutely awesome!! Love this! Love the care you guys take with the collar stays, etc. etc. My dress shirts seemed to be a little more wrinkled this time then they were last.

St. Louis Park StoreMy experience with Mulberrys is always very good. The only issue with this particular delivery (and which is an issue that periodically happens with Mulberrys deliveries) is that some of my shirts were returned with collar stays that were too large/long, causing the collar to bend. I had to replace these with right-fitting stays.
