St. Louis Park StoreI liked the wooden hangers better. Also, there have been times when the collars & cuffs of my shirts have been mis-pressed. Overall I'm happy with the stain removal service. It always makes me sad when an old shirt comes back with a tear, but I am quite sure they just wear out and the fibers finally give way in the wash.

Minneapolis StoreDry cleaning is always done well and I love the hangers. Only reason for the less than perfect score is that the alterations person who used to be at my location is no longer there and that was a great feature!!!

Minneapolis StoreI received an email that Mulberry's would be in the neighborhood on Monday (3/20). I selected the pick up, put my bag outside and at 6:30pm it was still there. I went on line to schedule a pick up and it confirmed twice and that it was a 2x week pickup, which it wasn't.While the technology aspect of your business has some bumps, your concierge is outstanding! My clothes were picked up the next day.

St. Louis Park StoreWe love the service and overall have been very happy. Our only complaint is the organization/computer system. We are on auto pay and frequently our bill does not go through or we get a paper bill that should have been paid. Our information has to be "re-set" often. Sometimes we get e-mails when they pick up, sometimes we don't. Just seems like the computer system needs an upgrade. Otherwise, we are very happy.

St. Louis Park StoreIt would be cool if the service had someway to "check" the bag in at drop. So I didn't have to remind myself that I dropped a bag. Like a QR code on the bag I could scan and tells me when bag is at drop, etc. Just an idea.
