Minneapolis StoreI'd never been to Mulberrys and decided to give it a try after seeing the store hours were later than another dry cleaner closer to home. I wasn't able to pick up my order before closing on Friday due to the earlier closing hours. I was gone the rest of the weekend. That meant that I couldn't retrieve items until Monday mid-morning after already having to make do without for half of my day. I wish I had been warned of the earlier closing time on Fridays when I had dropped them off; I might have opted for expedited service instead in order ensure having the first thing Monday.Aside from that, the service and the quality of the cleaning has been great.

Minneapolis StorePricing is always the concern. Mullberry's seems higher than most places. Would be nice to get discounts based on # of items or something.

St. Louis Park StoreEverything was great; however I was supposed to get a new ID on my dry cleaning bag. Not only did I not receive new ID but I did not get my dry cleaning bag returned. Not a big deal but that's why it was only 4 stars instead of 5.
