Color stays have not been replaced, bottom buttons broken off and not replaced, often the garment bag I drop off is not returned when I pick up my items.Yet, the staff is always friendly!

My winter coat looked beautiful - I just don't like how they separated my hood and belt from the jack and covered them in more plastic & with 2 more hangers - Is there a "go green" option for next time?

Everyone I have ever dealt with at Mulberrys has been lovely. My only complaint is the upcharge associated with cleaning silk blouses. The only reason I would even bring a blouse to the drycleaners would be because I couldn't wash it at home or by hand, and that really leaves only silk that needs to be drycleaned.
