Minneapolis StoreColor stays have not been replaced, bottom buttons broken off and not replaced, often the garment bag I drop off is not returned when I pick up my items.Yet, the staff is always friendly!

Minneapolis StoreEveryone I have ever dealt with at Mulberrys has been lovely. My only complaint is the upcharge associated with cleaning silk blouses. The only reason I would even bring a blouse to the drycleaners would be because I couldn't wash it at home or by hand, and that really leaves only silk that needs to be drycleaned.

Minneapolis StoreOrdered a sweater to be de-pilled but it didn't come back looking any better. Left it to confirm that they indeed try to depill it. We'll see what happens when I return
