Minneapolis StoreI was beyond impressed with the cleaning of my duvet cover, but the pressing was less than stellar. There were very clear creases and I don't believe starch was used even though I requested it. I'll absolutely try Mulberry's again because my comforter was as white as it was when new!

Minneapolis StoreI didn't have any problem with the service particularly - I just think for a Friday morning drop off before 8am it is a long turnaround to not get my items back before Monday at 5pm, given that many competitors do provide same-day service for that timing.

St. Paul StoreOverall I've been very happy across multiple visits. The only reason for docking a star is that after I got home with my shirts from my last visit, one shirt seemed pretty clearly to have not been "finished"--it had no collar stays put in, and it had not been starched per instructions. It had come to me bagged separate from the all the others, which further suggested perhaps it had just gotten mislaid or otherwise sidetracked. I called to ask about it, but the person didn't suggest any kind of remedy--just kind of said, "that's odd."

Edina StoreIt was a good experience. I haven't checked the garment yet to see it's cleanliness, but I'm typically very satisfied with my experience there other than one time when my jacket was ruined. But I will still continue to use Mulberry's because I appreciate the effort for eco-friendly/clean products on our garments.

St. Louis Park StoreIt was close to perfect so don't worry about following up, it just was a little slower than usual and more expensive than I thought it would be, but it was likely because my husband had suit pants in there I hadn't realized, overall we are still happy with Mulberry's. :)
