Eagan StoreI use Mulberrys all of the time because they are convenient, do quality work, and they get things done fast. My last experience was not same as I usually have. They lived up to the quality, however, I dropped my clothes off on Wednesday morning at 8am and they told me they would not be ready until Saturday. I asked politely if they could be ready by Friday EOD. I was told that if I needed them done Friday I would have to have them put a rush on the order and I would be changed more. This made me upset because usually if I request them to be ready in 2 or 3 days they always follow through with this. I can understand if I needed them done in 2 or less days but all I was asking for was that they be done in 3 business days. I believe this is an acceptable request. Please let me know if this is something that is going to continue to happen if I need something done in 3 days. If so, I may need to start shopping around. I feel that I spend a decent amount of money here and I would like to continue to do so. Minneapolis StoreThe collars on my shirts aren't always creased where the tie button connects. I frequently have to re-iron the collars as they are folded over and creased in a different spot than the seam.If we could get that resolved, we'd be back to perfect. Great customer service. Chanda is always very friendly and positive.

Minneapolis StoreIn store help is ok. Notes on account requesting small collar stays continue to be ignored. I've received medium and large collar stays on the same shirts (different designs, colors) regardless of request. Both of these end up ruining the shirts collar, protruding the cut and lines of the shirts design. Please fix this.

Minneapolis StoreThe service is good but there are a couple of things that could improve: 1) Collar stays are often the wrong size when shirts come back . 2) pricing for having shirts laundered and pressed is highest in the area.

Minneapolis StoreOverall first impression was great. I rated 4 stars to see what my husband thinks of the pressing and cleaning prior to wearing the garment and after wearing. His waist band was folding over which I was told the pressing should help that. So we'll find out after he wears them. Fingers crossed!! You may get five stars yet...

Minneapolis StoreThere is a woman at the Saint Louis Park location that is terribly rude. I had the experience once and I assumed she was just having a bad day - but I had it again this past weekend (I have only seen her twice and she's awful). She is almost borderline mean. She is the complete opposite of every other Mulberry's interaction I've had.
