Minneapolis StoreEven the itemized receipt does not list what I am being charged for. It just has the invoice number and an amount. From a consumer stand point, most people want to know exactly what they are being charged for. If pants are $7.99 to be dry cleaned and i am charged for almost $13, then what is the difference in the price? Tax? Should be easily readable on the receipt.

St. Louis Park StoreWe dropped our clothes off at our local Lunds and Byerlys in Eagan and the person at the desk was not happy that we had not itemized the clothes in our bag and proceeded to dump everything out and count everything before we could continue with our shopping. We do not have to do this when we use the drop boxes or leave the blue bags at our house. She was not in a good mood and told us we had an outstanding balance, I asked if I could pay that now since I was not aware of an outstanding balance and she took quite a bit of time at the computer only to tell us that that was not possible. I will try not to work with a person in the future.

St. Louis Park StoreThis is my first time using Mulberrys services and I was very pleased. The staff were very kind and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. The only issue I had was that I wasn't told how long my order would take. This is my first time getting something dry cleaned and I had no idea on how long it would take. Other than that, I recieved an email when my order was done and was otherwise very content with the excellent service I recieved.

I see on the service menu that a pair of pants to be dry cleaned is $7.99, and my total was almost $13? was the extra for tax or for a cleaning fee?

St. Paul StoreDue to unforeseen circumstances my rush order could not be processed and I was notified the following day. This was upsetting news because I was planning to wear the garment for a company holiday event. The staff on hand was very apologetic and handled the situation (which was not her fault) and did a great job of diffusing the situation. If it weren't for her kindness and empathy (I believe her name is Michelle) I don't know that I would remain a customer. I am rating four out of five stars because the service was not dependable but the customer service was exemplary.
