Minneapolis StoreThe bill was much more expensive than I was originally told. When I asked why I was told that there was bio hazard stains that needed to be removed as well as de-linting charges that were added to one shirt. None of this was addressed when I dropped the shirts off.

St. Louis Park StoreThe delivery service was kind of confusing. I was not provided an invoice or receipt, even digitally on my account or via email. I had to contact y'all in order to get my invoice. Wish that the discounts/promos would be more clear on the bill with the delivery service.

St. Louis Park StoreI typically love everything about this store and my experiences there. The smells of the bags and clothes when I get home are not typical dry cleaner and instead fresh and wonderful. My big sticking point continues to be the pricing for items. I understand that it costs more to do things in a more environmentally friendly way, but that said I shouldn't have to prepare myself for sticker shock every single time I go to pick up and pay for my clothes.

Minneapolis StoreThe app gave me multiple error messages, then I checked my email to find that I had 4 deliveries setup. I also was given the option to have next day service only to find out that it was not available in my area. Still happy with the service. I'll use mulberrys again.
