The last drop off was good but we have had a couple of weeks over the last month or two when an extra dry cleaning bag for dirty laundry wasn't left behind. If we could receive an extra one to have in stock if we need an extra run, that would be great.Many thanks.

The service was great. A little hickup when it came to my order. I received several calls to come pick-up my item but I had ordered it to be delivered so there was some confusion there not sure why. No big deal but the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was bc my coat had a lot of lint on it which made me wonder if it had really been cleaned or not. That was unfortunate but i'm willing to give Mullberrys another shot. Thank you Kala Zappa

There were some chocolate spots on the comforter that were missed and not noted. Perhaps I should have specifically pointed them out when I brought it in. Otherwise, all was well and the service highly appreciated.

I had great service at the Mulberrys retail location on Gus Young. The buttons on my silk jacket appeared to be a bit loose, and I was wondering why that wasn't taken care of. Discussed it with the sale associate and decided that it would be handled the next time I bring it in. I am an event planner - details matter, and Mulberrys usually takes care of all the details. Two weeks ago no one ever came on Tuesday to pick up the laundry. We assumed then that they would come on Friday but no one did. They are back on schedule this week.
