Minneapolis StoreTwo cotton comforters cleaned and cat urine (elderly cat) and hair removal son very well and even came back in nice zipped bags. Only thing I do not like is all the fragrancing when you step in the store. I was surprised by that and didn't think it appropriate for a cleaner that is based on chemical-free?

Minneapolis StoreMulberry's App is providing confusing experience. I am not receiving confirmation e-mail of scheduled pick-up. The app indicates a Tuesday pick-up, but the actual pick-up occurred on Monday.

Minneapolis StoreOverall I love the service and my clothes are always perfect. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that I wish you received a credit for returned hangers. You are not charged for keeping them so it would be nice to have an incentive to return them.

Eagan StoreService and performance is above average; however, pricing is too high, which was not available to me when I dropped off my garments. I had a yoga pant and knitted skirt dry cleaned and total cost was $31.00. I had expected much less based on the pricing board.

Edina StoreInternet was down, so service agent had to constantly call other stores for location ID. Couldn't receive receipt of drop off or price quote. She was very nice and apologetic. The manager should have been there though. And there should have been an own phone line instead of having to call multiple stores to find one available to get the info for her.
