I come here because you all do a great job but every time I have a coupon it's never logged in the system and it's always a problem. I get people may abuse these coupons but I just like anyone else try to get a good deal when I can; my coupons are always valid.

This order was fine. In general, things are fine. Once in a while the pressing is less than perfect. Also, when the order is returned, I would always like to get a new bag. It seems like every other time recently I don't get a new bag, and I don't notice until I get home.

One of our items had a tag on it that said something like, "we're sorry we were not able to service this item because we were concerned we would damage it further." We were not notified at pickup that there was an issue with this item, so we were left to discover it at home. With such a generic message, it was unclear what happened and whether anything had happened to our item. This was especially worrying because it was a one-of-a-kind handmade item from a family member who had recently passed away. A phone call was no help; we ultimately had to come back into a store to get an explanation. This visit resulted in an explanation that was helpful, but it should not have come to that point. As a process suggestion, it seems that if there is an issue like this with an item, a more detailed note should be saved in your customer service system so that a store clerk can inform the customer at checkout. That way we would not be left to worry what transpired based on a generic message that we only discover after we've left the store.

The quality of the dry cleaning seems great! However, my dry cleaning bag did not come back. This happens nearly every time my dry cleaning is returned to me. Seems like it should be a simple part of the process. Also, our clothes came back on wood hangers and I'm pretty sure our preference in the system is wire.

All in all my experience is good. The drive thru is a little confusing and sometimes when I try and drive through there's not always someone there to help.
