Great experience with your services. A bit disappointed with this order that you couldn't clean the couch cushion covers I brought in even though they were labeled as dry clean only. Nevertheless very pleased with service and will be back!

On multiple occasions I've arrived and the doors weren't open during business hours. Also, the door on the east side of the building has been broken for at least a month.

I own 4-5 of the exact same style of Eileen Fisher slacks and frequently send them all to the cleaners at the same time. They are frequently inconsistently ironed - sometimes with a crease down the front and sometimes creased along the seam. Not a big deal -

I have always been happy with the quality. We tried getting set up on the home delivery service and had issues with not getting our bags picked up or often times getting someone else's laundry left at our door. Now I simply drop off or pick up on my way to/from work and it works fine.

I received a shirt back on Saturday that I noticed had a small, barely noticeable, stitched area (like a small hole had been torn and then repaired). I would have appreciated someone letting me know this had happened and it had been fixed rather than finding it on my own.I love the staff here and this has been the only time my experience has been less than perfect.

I was sent an email that my order was ready, but when I got there, it wasn't all ready, so I have to go back (again). Also, there were no notes attached to the order about a stain removal, so no one knew if the stain had actually been removed.
