Unfortunately, on more than one occasion, I have communicated when dropping off an item that there is a stain- and when it comes back the stain was not addressed. I then have to wait for a re-do, and now the stain is more "set" . In addition, I am charged in advance of the article being cleaned

The cleaning and packaging is stellar. Have noticed though when dropping off at St Louis Park drive thru that it is sometimes not so quick or buzzer doesn't work when car drives over it? Often only one person working?

I thought the service was a little overpriced this time. $47 to clean a suit. I can almost buy a new suit for that price. The price was not given to me what I dropped off the suit. Therefore, I was held hostage for the money.

Cloths turned out very nice but I was very disappointed in that you don’t take cash…. There were no signs saying that you do not accept cash and I thought it was just ridiculous rule.

My pants did not make it. Had a lot of time to clean them and we had a wedding. I was supposed to receive a call that evening (thurs). Never did. Finally got a call in morning and pants were delivered at 1130.My daughter had to wait for it and come late to ceremony. I was officiating the wedding and had to get dressed 2 min before ceremony. It was resolved but communication in interim was poor.
