St. Paul StoreI’m not sure my email address was entered correctly as the attendant told me I’d receive an email with my order and I never did.
I appreciated the text indicating my order was ready. I tried to do curbside but when no one emerged with my one sweater I decided to go in the store. There were a couple people ahead of me including someone with a very large >$200 order. I’m wondering why your curbside customers need to wait until your in store customers are served. I’m not suggesting curbside customers get preferential treatment, but it doesn’t make sense that we are always last in line either.
My sweater looks great and the spot on my sleeve came out. I liked the cleaning but am on the fence about my service experience in store.

St. Louis Park StoreWe asked for items to be held at the store, the items were delivered to our home anyway. We were out of town. The clothes hung on our door for 3 days until our neighbors noticed this.We had a coupon, it was not applied.

2295 Filbert St. StoreThe order was lost at some point. It was recovered after I messaged and called. The cleaned laundry was delivered with one jacket belt missing. Also, I was told that a laundry bag will be provided for my first order delivery since I am a new customer but the order came back without a laundry bag for next order.

It took me a while to decide which cleaners to bring my down comforter to for cleaning. It is a luxury item and I was a little nervous about the cleaning process. There were some stains that they were not able to get out -which I can understand as I know overtime it’s hard to get those out. However the comforter came back with lumps in the down which to me means it was not dried all the way. There are also baffles that do not have any down in them anymore. It has shifted around leaving empty baffles. It definitely was not like that when I brought it in -it is a super fluffy comforter. What do you suggest? Can I bring it back up for additional drying?

St. Louis Park Store2 coats were sent. Instructions to resew buttons on them & to clean coats. Coats returned with hair still on them, no buttons sewed. All else seems ok.

Delivery MN StoreWe are trying to arrange for a consistent pick-up for our weekly bag. I’ve had to drop it off. We then received a jumbo bag back in return instead of the small bag. It is unclear what we are paying because one week was $25 and the following week was $50. We may want to upgrade to the jumbo bag weekly, but can’t tell yet.

St. Louis Park StoreI came at 10:10 a.m. today to bring in more items. I was very surprised that the store doesn't open until 10:30 a.m. I was trying to establish a new, significant and long-term relationship with Mulberrys. But it seems the hours are too very restrictive, especially given the ongoing environment of relaxation of Covid restrictions, and the fact that a majority of us in Hennepin County are now vaccinated.I'm looking forward to the follow-up you mention above. Again, I was hoping for a deep relationship with Mulberrys, but very limited hours will make this hard for me.

St. Paul StoreIt was my first time at Mulberry’s and my first time doing wash and fold. Staff couldn’t explain the differences between the subscription program and just paying for the service. I never got a call or email that my clothes were ready for pick up when they were done.

Delivery MN StoreMulberrys can be a little tough on shirts. A few of my husbands button down collared shirts have been ruined because no one takes the time to unbutton them before running them through the ironing.

Delivery MN StoreI’ve had 3-4 deliveries and problems with 3 out of 4. The first was a misunderstanding on my part. The second my clothes veered put in the wrong locker. Most recently I was called by the driver about something. Then received a text that my items were put in locker 183 but no code was given and I had to text him for the code. I want this service to work but am losing confidence each time.

Delivery MN Storedelivery service and eco focus is great. There used to be an in house tailor/repair person which I miss. Also I requested a pick up 2 x before anyone came and picked the dry cleaning up. If you are offering a luxury service you have to live up to that: provide repairs, be consistent with pickups and deliveries and not offer rewards that are hard to collect. You could create a contract for regulars if you want to weed out the one timers.One other matter--I cook. My shirts get spots. and every time they come back without the spots completely removed and with a note to that effect. MY nYC Chinese laundries didi better.
