Get a seams stress cuz we shouldn't have to second guess everything when it comes to measurements. They shouldn't charge you either especially if it doesn't fit!! Makes no sense!

I received delivery...I SPECIFICALLY put in request that sweaters be folded and boxed...NO HANGERS. This instruction was ignored and I have hangers. There is no place to hang, so the driver very gently laid all on my doormat. I do not fault the driver but I do fault Mulberry for ignoring my specific request that was made for a reason Sharon DeLano

I was trying your service for the first time. I dropped off 1 shirt to be laundered and much to my surprise it was dry cleaned! The individual working the service counter did adjust the price, however a mistake of this magnitude as my first experience does not sit well.

I have used Mulberry's several times without issue, as there is a locker located in my building. This past order had some issues I had not yet experienced before. When I opened my garments after retrieving them from the locker, I noticed an odor immediately on a few items. I kept the item outside the bag to see if this odor would dissipate, but it did not go away. The odor had a somewhat pungent smell, almost like something burnt or like the smell of cheese. Definitely not anything from the machinery or material of the clothing, as each item is a different material construction, yet has the same issue. It is to the point that I almost feel I need to personally re-wash these items that I just had laundered. Given the cost I paid is excessively higher than standard drop off dry cleaning services, I am disappointed. Our area does not have many dry cleaning service locations, so I was hoping the cost would feel well spent due to the ease of service and delivery. I now feel that I am hesitant to continue with the service should this continue.

The dry cleaning service was good but I was frustrated with the payment process. I notified Mullberrys of my 50% coupon and I was still charged the full amount for my service so now I have to wait up to 5 days for a refund which is frustrating when I reached out before the payment was processed to ensure the coupon was on my account.

I got to the laundry locker site at 140 Brannan Street and learned that I had to have the Mulberrys app on my phone to go any further. This little (really not so little) detail should have been explicitly stated on the instructions. Also, when I finally got inside I had no idea which locker to unlock. I had my last 4 digits of a former land line but had not noticed that there was a second number in the email. As this was my first experience I was lost. There were 50 lockers. It ended happily as a second customer came along and pointed out that there were only 3 lockers that were locked. don't know that I would have ever noticed the difference in the position of the lock. Finally I found my cleaning behind Door #2. Prior to this fiasco I had a good experience with Cris in customer service (thus the 3 stars). But this was potentially a disaster.

Things I like: The return of my item was close to on time, only 20 min. late . I am satisfied with the results. Things I didn’t like: The first pickup I arranged didn’t happen. I wrapped my large sized comforter in a sheet as I didn’t have a large enough bag, and I was charged over$17.00 for cleaning it, even though I requested that I did not want it cleaned.

General feedback: the pickup, dry cleaning, price, and drop off were all stellar. However, the mobile app experience with setting up a pickup was extremely disappointing - functionality is lacking (reschedule button cancels the order without confirming first) and the information presented by the app was out of sync with the actual service. The app “scheduled” my pickup for a Thursday, when the actual route dates were Fridays and Tuesdays. Email notifications triggered by the app and those triggered by the local service presented contradictory information. I love the pickup and drop off service, and the app based scheduling in concept, but was very disappointed that the user experience in reality didn’t match up.
