Communication is not great. I submitted a request for a pick-up yesterday but never received a confirmation. I log into my account and it doesn't show a scheduled pick-up so I scheduled again but now have a fee and still I don't have a confirmation it will be picked up. That is very frustrating. When I call the number no one answers.

Hello - I had requested pick up and drop off with my address. I have an entrance directly on the street and requested to be called when the delivery person arrived. I was prepared at the front door. BOTH times, my instructions were ignored and the delivery person went to the apartment front desk (located very far from my entrance). Neither person called me.There were also a lot of delays with the drop off, and it had to be timed very inconveniently due to communication delays.Shirts were not properly ironed, and had wrinkles.

I dropped off 3 blue oxford shirts last Friday and advised the counter person that there was a stain on the front of the shirts. I was informed it would be taken care of. I picked up the shirts today and when I inspected the shirts the stain remained and is now set into the shirt.I am not sure of a better way to convey my dry cleaning needs to your store. My expectation of using Mulberry's on Grand Avenue was to receive better than average service, that expectation was not met.

The turnaround time for delivery has really increased. When it was Laundry Locker, I’d have my order back within two days. Now it’s about a week, and they do not meet the target date they claim they do. What has changed in the infrastructure to make it take so much longer? The physical premises hasn’t changed, either at my drop off site nor at the plant itself, as far as I know. Why does it take so much longer to pickup, process, and deliver?

Always have to wait too long collect my garments. Have never seen more than one person working to help customers.I picked up clothes on on TICKET 10-100255, a long grey formal dress for my daughter and when your young lady brought it to the counter, she was dragging it across the floor when you were under construction! I mentioned this to her and she said it was because she is short and couldn't hold it up high enough! Seriously...and you charged me $10.99 for this service. Did not have a choice but to take it since my daughter needed it that evening for an event.Very disappointed...get them a stick with a hook so they can keep garments off your floors! It's a simple solution. Mens' shirts come out fine, but I'd rather have a wire hanger and pay less per shirt.Thank you, Ken Levin Coppell, TX 214-912-9909

I am a first time user of your service. The higher end look of your place doesn’t exactly match the service quality. For one, I was intrigued by all the retail items but have trouble with highly scented items. When I inquired about smelling them, I was told there are no testers ... delivered in a voice that communicated that your business decision of no testers was super logical for selling scented items and that clearly I was the one who was illogical. Unless your customers can get a whiff, how do they know what they will like or dislike and want to spend money on. The shelves and items were appealing but not without confirmation as to whether I could actually tolerate the scent.Then I received an email yesterday telling me my order was ready. I stopped in today and was told only a portion of my order was ready. I was then informed that this is how they do things .... if that is the case, then you should tell customers that ahead of time. The 53rd St is the closest location but it is by no means convenient so the choice to try Mulberry’s was a conscious trial of your business. The service while not rude was not helpful either. If I am going to go out of my way for a business, I expect good communication/service. I now need to arrange my schedule to go back and get the second half of my order.

1. Stop breaking shirt buttons or worse, ripping buttons off and in the process tearing the shirt 2. If you do break a button, replace it, first using the spares in the shirt 3. Do not give me back shirts I cannot wear (e.g., broken button) 4. Make sure the BACKSIDE of the shirt plackets are pressed 5. Make the two front sides of the shirt are even, that the button side matches the hole side

Even though just yesterday I have written you that my apartment number is 15, the drivers do not have that information! Please advise the delivery company you are working with of my apartment number. My first scheduled pickup was completely missed - no call, email, phone, anything. I tried emailing in, and got zero response.My second scheduled pickup actually showed up but the courier seemed a little clueless when I asked questions (was actually a hired Taskrabbit, not a Mulberry employee picking it up).
