- there was a small stain on one of my suits (sleeve) that was not removed. Removed stains from the other suit though. - more expensive than initially told when dropped off my stuff. - I am very happy though with the cleaning of my shirts. One of them was a 300$ white shirt that I bought 3 yrs ago and they made it look like new. That was a very nice work.

The persons who did the pick up and delivery didn’t even know where they had to leave the stuff, they kept calling and interrupting my work. The whole point of the service is that it’s automatic and frictionless. Also, the hangers use too much space, can I return them?

This is my first time using Mulberry’s to clean a garment. I was told you have excellent service. I stood, by myself, at the counter for several minutes before anyone came to assist me. I also asked whether the stains on the dress would likely come out and got an “I don’t know”. The gentleman was very nice and I do NOT want him to get in trouble. I just didn’t feel real confident leaving my item there, but feel it was all a matter of communication. For ex., telling me the policy in the event the stains don’t come out or having someone there who knows the answer because they’ve dry cleaned before. I hope the dress I left will look perfect when I pick it up. Thank you

I took in my down comforter and duvet cover. The comforter was properly cleaned, looked like new! The duvet cover looked clean but I realized that it went from an off-white cream color (the color it was originally) to a bright white. I was a little disappointed but unfortunately there is nothing I can do now. For as expensive as they are I was for hoping better results.

Slow on the pickup and the delivery. It's one thing to take several days, but setting expectation correctly is the key to a positive experience.I emphasize in the comments that special attention should be given to the collars of my shirts as they can sometimes be a bit "grimey". A couple of the shirts came back looking hardly any better around the collar than they did before sending them off for cleaning. That's a huge disappointment. How can this be corrected?

Hello! This past order - our first since the combination with Laundry Locker - was a bit less than ideal. No one picked up on the date/time I had set ... they came when I submitted a second request. And then, when the clothes were delivered two shirts were off the hanger and hanging out the bottom of the bag - dragging the sidewalk when my husband met the delivery guy at the door. Eeek!

There were a bunch of issues getting into the Van Ness Ave. kiosk. The team was good once I got their attention and received 2-personal phone calls where we were able to get to the bottom of it. Turns out the card reader didn't accept one of my credit cards (which is annoying in itself).Once I got in, the new app is confusing that you are dropping the clothing at the kiosk (seems that it is totally orientated around a home pick-up). Happy that we got it all working now.Turn around time is slower than what Laundry Locker was doing, so that is an area for eventual improvement.One question I had, collar stays, are we supposed to leave them in or remove them before sending the clothing in?Thanks,--Patrick

im used to laundry locker. for this recent order i could not give directions nor tell you when it was ready via LAUNDRY LOCKER app. Mulberry app would not allow me to sign up nor sign in. I called and left a message. I called during the daytime weekday. I asked for call back. No comm until my “order is ready for pickup” text. Cust svc needs work.

This order took a lot longer than normal to be turned around. Yesterday I received an email advising that my order was in Locker 664 but there was no PIN# Then, one minute apart today, I received two emails telling me the locker my order is in, one advising my usual PIN 5323 and the other advising me PIN 1234. Your email also asks me to download the Mulberry's app. Does that mean I no longer use the Laundry Locker app? This all seems to me to be quite disorganized and I need to know whether I can go on relying on the efficiency which I enjoyed with Laundry Locker or whether I should look for a different option altogether.
