Delivery-SF StoreI dropped off a shirt for dry cleaning. I informed the clerk that there was an ink stain on my shirt and asked her if it was removable. She answered yes and that it would be removed during the clean. Upon pickup, the stain was still there and the tag on the clothes even indicated that the cleaner identified the ink stain.

Delivery-SF Storelong delay in returning laundry when laundry is brought to lockers before 8:00 am. Previous to mulberrys laundry was picked up in the am and returned in the pm next day. Now there is 1 or 2 additional day to return laundry. Also the laundry bags are not strong enough to fill with laundry - the zipper broke on both bags on the first usage.

Delivery-SF StoreMy dry cleaning was delivered to the wrong address. Called support multiple times. No call back. Finally had to go into a physical location and was told it would be delivered. The next day I still had not heard anything so I went to the lockers and tried different codes until one opened and my stuff was there. Got to get better

Delivery-SF StoreDrop off was very slow and when I picked up guy took my name and then went do something else. Someone else came the. A few minutes later and restarted the process. For the premium price, should t have to wait so long. Especially at the drop off l, I waited 5-6 minutes before my presence was acknowledged. Also had a small stain on my sweater that was not addressed.

Minneapolis StoreThe gentleman at the North Loop location was very nice and accommodating but your “one free item” vouchers are extremely misleading. I brought in a blanket to get cleaned with my free voucher and he informed me that the voucher only worked if I brought it multiple items. In addition he told me that the voucher doesn’t work on blankets - only less expensive clothing items. We just moved to the north loop and since moving here we have spent hundreds of dollars at this location. I initially viewed these vouchers as a “thank you” for being a loyal customer but I am now hunting for other cleaners in the neighborhood. I even read the fine print on the back of the voucher and it contains none of these “rules” for the “one free item”.

Delivery MN StoreCustomer service has been helpful but we had lots of problems with our laundry for the first few rounds so it was really frustrating and difficult. You still need to update your notification when the pickup is ready letting customers know that when picking up the laundry at a locker the code for it will be the last 4 digit of their cell. The notification that's being sent is still incorrect.

Delivery MN StoreThe Burlingame location has lost one of my shirts and I have not heard back at all on whether another customer took it by mistake and returned it, or whether its lost and I will be compensated. The shirt was tailor made and cost $110.

Delivery MN StoreI do not like the changes since things have switched from Laundry Locker to Mulberry's. I don't like the metal hangers for shirts and I don't like the laundry bags. I like to hang my shirts when I send them off to be cleaned, and the dry cleaning bags are small and seem to indicate that you should squash all of your shirts and dry cleaning into that little bag. I called laundry locker and the guy said to hang them but bind them together. I can do that and I will still include the little bag so you have my information. The first Mulberry's laundry bag for wash and fold ripped all along the seam, so I had to put duct tape on it in order to send the next order. I did get a new bag and it seems to be fine.I keep getting all of these e-mail statements from Mulberry's which makes me feel like I need to pay a bill. I have always had my Laundry Locker fees charged to my credit card. The guy I spoke to by phone assured me that the fees are still being charged to my credit card.When I place an order on line, the Laundry Locker website keeps telling me I need to update my e-mail address. That is not true. Everything goes through my e-mail just fine. It is just unpleasant to get that same notice every time I place an order.Several times, since the change to Mulberry's, after I put my laundry in the locker and then try to place the order online, I get a notice that the locker I just put my clothes in is already being used by another customer. Well, since I just put my clothes in an empty locker, that is obviously not true. Rather than go through the hassle of trying to call somebody, I just go back downstairs and put the laundry in a different locker, then go back upstairs and place the order for a second time. Thankfully, I have not had to place an order more than two times.Those are the things that have been bothering me. On the positive side, I am grateful for the service. I use it all the time, and I think my washed clothes and dry cleaning are very nicely done. Thank you for that.Michael Matson

244 Townsend StoreLaundry locker was significantly more efficient and timely with locker drop off and pick-ups. Turnaround was always 24h. Now I have to special order every pickup and pay a premium to have my laundry and dry cleaning returned in a timely manner (I.e 24-48h) instead of 4-5 day minimum for regular pickups. The transition has been rough with a lot of glitches, incorrect billing, long delays, missing items coming several days later. I have had to stop using the lockers altogether. It is also incredibly annoying that I cannot out in same day order for pickup even when there are still plenty of pick up times available.

Delivery MN StoreThe clothes were more wrinkled than I expected, but they were in the bag for several days due to the holiday. I’m sure with delivery 1-2 days after laundering, my clothes will be in better shape.
