My concern with was the customer service I received. I had to repeat my name and contact information several times to the woman behind the desk, and then she still did not get my email address correct, so I never got my invoice. I had to call to give my contact info again. Then, when I picked up my garments, the woman behind the desk seemed incredibly apathetic, and bothered to have to assist me. This was my first experience with Mulberrys.

I find that the use of metal hangers and plastic wrap around the laundered shirts is a bit wasteful. The old laundry locker bags were a better use. Additionally, I recently received 1 shirt back after the main set of shirts were returned to me. Not sure why there was a separation and there's probably some additional overhead as a result.

This was my first service and I dropped off and understood that my dry cleaning would be delivered to my residence which is a building already scheduled for your driver.However, I had to call the South Beach location to schedule the delivery on Monday 6/17. Thx

Hello,So I have two shirts that were identified on the receipt as having holes in the sleeves. I didn't turn them in with holes (and the washing can create the holes, I'm fine with that, it happens). I do understand that some of my custom shirts are old and or go through a lot of wear and tear. Instead of charging me full price for a shirt that I can't wear anymore please just notify me of the hole, and throw them out,

Some shirts have come back with suspicious stains that were not there beforehand. And when the service was laundry locker, they used to send itemized receipts by email, and that’s no longer the case.

When I went to the store to pickup my clothes yesterday and showed my voucher for $50 of cleaning, the clerk told me that the voucher had already been applied. Then she told me the total which was $46, so I left under the impression that the true total was $96 - the voucher plus the amount I paid in store. Then I emailed in to get my itemized receipt, and saw that the voucher was not actually applied but the discount the clerk was quoting was a different discount. So I still have my unused voucher. Overall this was a confusing interaction and I think if the clerk could see the itemized receipt up front that would bring more clarity to the transaction. Thank you

I was told my garment would be ready for pick up on a Monday but the garment wasn't available until the next day, Tuesday. So on Tuesday I arrived as I received notification that my garment was ready, and upon arriving to pick up was told my garment was not ready, even though I had received a text and email saying it was. Hours later that same day I went back to see if it had arrived, which it had, but then the computer systems weren't working so I had to wait 15minutes before being able to finally pay.

Second scheduled delivery the driver missed me. I call the Edina location and the person who answered the phone was not helpful and gave me another phone number to call, which I did. A car was sent and picked up my dry cleaning at 5:30 that afternoon.

I am a new customer. I paid extra to schedule same day pick on a Wednesday to get Friday delivery. I called the store to get confirmation that clothes will be delivered on Friday. On Thursday, I got an email stating dry cleaning was completed and clothes will be delivered on schedule. It did not happen. I had to call on Saturday, plead to get clothes delivered and got clothes minutes before I had to leave for airport to catch an international flight. I am disappointed because I called and was assured that by paying extra for same day pick up on Wednesday I was guaranteed delivery by Friday.

The associate said I would need to wait 20 minutes if I wanted to try on my garment. When I asked if there was another place I could try on my alteration as I could not wait 20min she said there was no other choice and I should just take it home to try on. On top of that, $70 to shorten straps and a hem is a lot, especially if I did not even get the opportunity to check if the alteration fit.

It was late picking up with no notice. When I tried to inquire, no one had any idea where things were at. My order disappeared from the web-site so I couldn't track it. It doesn't just let you reset your email, it has to go through a third party. Which I believe is what caused it. Then they were late delivering it. Again without notice. and failed to return the bag with my tag on it for next time.

The customer service was indifferent at best. I went in to get some adjustments and explained that I had never had a suit jacket tailored before. I explained where i wanted some adjustments made, I got no feedback, no conversation as to what I wanted, no measurements taken. When I picked it up, the adjustments were alright. The finished suit looked well tailored, but I thought that the sleeves were slightly too short and that the torso of the suit wasn't closed up enough. Nobody asked me any followup on how i felt about the changes

The pick up was horrible. It took two people 40 minutes to find my apartment. They woke me up at 7:20 on a Saturday to ask me to come outside and around the block to drop off my clothes. Then the second person kept calling me from the wrong building and even though I told her repeatedly for about 20 minutes she was it the wrong place she just wanted to argue. Drop off was fine clothes looked ok not exactly neatly folded but at least they made it to my door without any issues.

Your app and website experience is inconsistent and unreliable. It is never clear if I have any active orders open, etc.
