Edina StoreI was confused about what things in my bag that I wanted to drop off and thought 3 shirts were not in need of cleaning. This confusion occured in front of the worker at the store. However, after going home, I then realized that these 3 shirts were stained, and I just had not seen that when I was in the store.
I brought them back the very next morning and was hoping to add them to my order and my new customer 50% off promo coupon, since my other dry cleaning wasn't completed yet.
i was told that I couldn't add this to the previous order and use the promo, because this would be a new order.
I realize that this was my mistake and you have your policies, but I think that it would have been good customer service (especially for a new chstomer) to make an exception and still honor the 50% off.
In the end; I decided I did not want to pqy about $18 just to have 3 stained shirts laundered, to try to get the stains out myself, and you ended-up with not getting this additional business and a somewhat unhappy new customer.
If nothing else, I think this is an interesting marketing and customer service scenario worth thinking about.Thanks

Delivery MN StoreService was great. Delivery timely. Clothing had quite a bit of lint on it afterwards though. Otherwise great.

Palo Alto Store1) Found dirt from the dryer machine after the first visit
2) Lost socks. Not maybe that important but each pair is $18. Luckily got credited for that but still not pleasant experience
3) After hand wash of a shirt still stains in the armpit zone. Disappointing not only that it was not removed but also that nobody in the store said that

Thanks for your recent service. I took my dresses in on a friday afternoon but the older gentleman at the front said it wouldn't be ready until monday of tuesday. The young man in the back said, he could dry clean my dresses to be pick by 3 pm the next day .
what I like about your service, is that you were very understanding of my situation, because i needed the dress to travel with and you did it on short notice. You also did an excellent job with my dresses.What is dislike is poor communication on the pricing, the older gentleman on the front said they were going to cost 14.99 and i did have on eof my dress out of the bag. when i pick up my items, I was charged 17.99 for one, 21.99 for the othe and approximately 24.99 or 26.99 for the other(cannot remember exact price) with total around 64.00. Looking at my receipt I was charged rush delivery. I am not against whatever you charge but for future , remove the dress from the customer bag, look at it and give the exact pricing and tell the customer you will charge rush deliver. I did not come prepared to pay the amount I paid that day or else I would have chosen to dry clean what was within my budget and do the other at a later date. When i arrived after paying and when i left the store, the older gentleman ran after me "maam, maan" when i turned to see he told me "your card declined". How could he have not known and allowing me to leave the store, when i came back to the store, he ran my card another 2 times and according to him , it declined,he asked "do you have another card?" I told him This is the only card I have and use all of the time. I will not use a card that did not work. I told him there must be something wrong with his credit card machine , not my card. At this point, i have had enough embarrassment and disappointment. As I was standing there looking and not knowing what to do and knowing that there was nothing wrong with my card, i attempted to swipe the card holding unto the credit card machine and my card finally went through. What if your machine did not accept my credit ? all i had in cash was the 14.99 x 3 for the dresses. I did not leave the store with a positive experience. My best friend has been a customer for many years and he recommended your cleaners. I was leaving a cleaner further from home to work with one closer to home. I needed to let you know about this experience so that this does not happen to another customer. I will like for you to be clear with your pricing, let the customer know what they will be paying before they come to get their clothes because not everyone will have have a card as a backup. I do not like to use credit card, I have it in a case like this one.
Thanks for your service, you did an excellent job on my dresses, but you communication on the price was very poor and I hope you fix that.

Delivery MN Storeonly part of my order was delievered last Thursday on Feb 14, and I was concerned that 2 pieces were missing until I received a second delivery today. I was hot notified that the 2 pieces woudl be delivered at another time 5 days later.

St. Paul StoreThe receipt doesn't add up. I called about it and the woman said it is because it doesn't show tax. Now why would you have a receipt that doesn't add up and doesn't have a charge listed like the tax? What kind of business skips printing part of the charge on their receipt. It makes it look like Mulberrys can't add.

Delivery MN StoreSeveral (I believe) 10 items were picked up on a Friday, but only two were registered/checked in the following day on the mobile app.I needed to call in order to confirm that all items were received.Prior to my first pick up, I did not have any pick up bags. Had difficulty contacting the pick up person and was assured that bags would be dropped off with delivery. They were not.I am still without pick up bags and reluctant to use the service again, it it required quite a bit of work on my part.

Minneapolis StoreI get no pleasure in writing a review like this. Mike, the manager, has displayed on several occasions the inability to operate the register. Mike either needs extensive additional training, to reassigned to a job that doesn’t ever put him behind the register, or simply let go from your organization. As it is today, I question whether Mike is The Who you want representing Mulberry’s to your patrons. I gave you 3 stars, 5 for quality of work on my garments, averaged with 1 star for Mike’s performance at the register — and note that the next customer held up waiting for Mike to “muddle through” my transaction saw him struggle with the register as well. Sorry.

St. Louis Park StoreKind workers, Nice place, used a coupon so price was really great. Just a little upset that the stain was unable to be lifted from my fur coat after two tries. it seemed like the do-over looked the exact same as when it was dry cleaned the first time. But no hard feelings really, i’ll still be coming back.

I had just bought a nice J Crew sweater dress, which what they “lost”, so I am really hoping they work hard at looking into this/ making sure they didn’t send this tomorrow else.

Delivery MN StoreIt was not bad, i just wished that the app was more accurate with the tracking of when the items were checked in. It was definitely a cool fast way to do dry cleaning, and I loved the 50% off entire first order! & then was given $10 off my future order, so that was nice!

Delivery MN StoreMy clothes were left on the sidewalk. The outer bag got wet and dirty which consequently got me dirty.
If I am supposed to put a door hanger on, can you please let me know? This is only my 2nd home delivery.

Delivery MN StoreI ordered drycleaning for 3 down-comforters and received 2 down-comforts on time. The other one has been already yet. Also, drycleaned down-comforters have a somewhat strong odor. I had to hang them at least one days before using them again.
