Delivery MN StoreThere was a mix-up of some kind between me and my sister-in-law's account. It made it difficult to track my area rug. Once that was cleared up, my area rug was delivered. We have not opened the 'roll' yet (only peaked to make certain it was ours) because we're in the midst of a remodel and want to keep it clean until the builders are gone.I feel confident it will be cleaned and satisfactory. "Jake" of Mulberry was extremely helpful and professional. That was appreciated!

St. Louis Park StoreI was just disappointed as this was my first visit and I was not even given a receipt upon pickup. As the price was quite expensive, I was hoping to receive a copy of it. In my haste to leave the store, I did not think to check if it was attached to the bag. Also, I forgot to request my shirt be boxed and when I got home, I realized that the clerk never even asked how I want it to be processed.

101 California At. StoreI was disappointed as I received extra charges for my dress which weren’t explained to me at the outset and didn’t make sense. Not to mention the fact that the cost ended up being exorbitant, the discount I was promised when dropping it off (20% for being a new customer) wasn’t applied, and the quality of the clean was not up to the standards of the $23 I was asked to pay. 244 Townsend Storei already called about the issue. it was my first time in and i was quoted $9 for the item i left to be dry cleaned. when i picked it up i was charged $21.75 over twice the total i was quoted. the item was cleaned nicely but i would have never agreed to that charge for a small item that i could get cleaned other places for $6-10

2295 Filbert St. StoreFirst time using your service. I was told my clothes would be ready by Thursday afternoon. I waited until Friday morning and pieces were still missing so I had to go back again later. It would have been nice to receive a courtesy call or email informing me of delay. It would have saved me a trip in the middle of a hectic schedule.

St. Paul StoreI was pleased with the service I received. Your facility was very nice and the person helping me was pleasant. However, your cost is out of line with my experience. I had 5 shirts cleaned. Two were normal cotton work shirts and the cost was close enough (about $.70 more or about 21% higher). What was shocking were the charges on the other 3 shirts. One was silk. One was 30% silk and the last was only 12% silk. These are just casual attire, but not at all uncommon in a man's wardrobe today. At $12 apiece that was $36. My prior service charged $7 and only then on 100% silk. Yours was $15 more for three shirts. I was especially surprised that you felt that a shirt with only 12% silk requires that level treatment or cost. I remember when I fell in love with silk shirts years ago, I asked the sales person what kind of care was required. Her response was that the Chinese have been laundering silk for thousands of years. I think you have something to learn.Then there was the promise of a 10% discount on my first service with you. (Your website says 20%.) What I received was a discount of $1.20 on a bill of $45. I don't make decisions solely on price, but in your case I felt gouged. That is too bad, because everything else seemed so positive.
