Usually have a great experience, but this last time I brought in a suit with some stains that needed some spot treatment. They were busy and the lady at the front took my clothes into the back. I mentioned that some items needed spot treatment and then she came back out with everything. I pointed out where the stains were and she said she would remember and took them back into the back. When I picked everything up I took a look at it and the suit coat was nicely cleaned, but the pants still had the spots. When I asked about it, the man said there was no note about spots and that it's probably didn't get treated. Thankfully he offered to take them back a try to clean them again for free.

Please drop off and pick up on the Sixth Floor. Also, I'm surprised that I needed my lint roller on my freshly laundered jackets. I have little white hairs/ strings all over.

I received an email saying that my order had been delivered, but actually nothing was delivered to my home. (We have a security camera and can confirm that nothing was delivered on July 19.) At the same time, 3 charges from Mulberry's appeared on my Visa (for $25.90, $1 and $1). Usually I'm happy with your service, but having just returned from vacation, it's a hassle to try to track down these charges and delivery.

Delivery was great, but pickup wasn’t. I was given a pickup time prior to 2pm. When I hadn’t heard anything by 3:30, I called the store. They said they’d call the pickup crew immediately. Didn’t hear anything else. The gentleman finally stopped by after 8pm. I’ll do pickup again, but I hope for a better experience next time.

Hi, I have been a customer at the Mission Bay store for about a few months. I recently signed up for pick up and delivery from my building and left my bag with the front desk on Friday morning. I got a notice that my order was received , but did not get a notice by end of day Friday that my order had been picked up. I checked with the front desk on Saturday, and my bag was still there and had not been picked up! I then brought my order in person to the Mission Bay store since I needed it back by Tuesday since I am going out of town Wednesday. Fortunately, the person there put a rush on it so it was ready today (Monday). I am not sure if it will be delivered or I have to go pick it up. I think pick it up since I dropped it off. I was hoping the pick-up and delivery service to my building would be convenient, but now I am not sure if I should try it again.Thanks, Rachel

I tired delivery for the first time, and while I was satisfied (as always) with the cleaning, it felt like there were some kinks to be worked out with the pickup and delivery service. I'd scheduled it for 2-4pm at my workplace. We work in a small office (2 people) and it was at the front desk. We're all windows and never saw the van for pickup, despite watching for it during the alloted timeframe. When we left after 5pm, my clothes hadn't been picked up. I emailed and they assured me they'd be by on Thursday instead and said that nobody was there when they stopped by (maybe they went to the wrong place?). My colleague reached out on Thursday toward the end of the time and there seemed to be some confusion again, but ultimately she stayed late and they stopped by after the prescribed window. Same thing happened for delivery - this time the driver reached out and let us know they were coming late, but it did mean staying late to wait for it. Again, quality has been good, and I was glad to use a half off coupon valid for delivery/pickup only, but given the communication kinks between scheduling & follow through, I'll likely drop off & pickup on my own instead.

Several problems with different experiences. Placed order for pickup, courier did not show twice. Another time order was delivered to the wrong store. Another time sweater came back still dirty. Twice I went into the store and customer service was so rude

I had automated billing set up through the app, but every time I still get a paper bill in the mail. Then when I call to straighten things out and make sure I’m not being double charged no one can tell me if I’ve been charged or not. On my third call I finally got someone who knew what was going on. I’ll wait to see if I get another bill in the mail for this last time.

Everything is great, but for some reason my clothes never get delivered on time and there are items missing. I know this can fixed and I hope the necessary steps are taken to prevent this from happening in the future.P.S. please use my email to communicate and do not call me between 0730-1800 M-F Thanks!

A $68.00 bath mat we submitted for cleaning several weeks ago (before we'd even used it) came back stained and was sent back twice for recleaning. Last Monday, following advice from customer service, we submitted it In a separate bag to be sent directly to Belmont Labs. It did not come back with the rest of the laundry on Thursday nor today--and was marked "missing" on Luis's manifest.

I'm sure this is an exception but the current order that I have placed with you has been split into 3 shipments and I had to come over 3 times to pick the complete order. This costs me $20 for each trip of Cab that I take to the store. I would have spent more on cab possibly than the actual value of the order for laundry. Could you please ensure prompt communication and help avoid these issues of splitting orders as possible. I do appreciate gesture from Brian and Elsa to try help chase the deliveries for me. The 3 stars I gave Mulberry's is because the delivery was earlier than expected, and the sweaters look fine. But, the slip on the delivery bag states I owe more money than I was quoted. I was given a price of $11.00 for both sweaters ( 50% off discount for first time delivery) and no delivery fee. The total price attached to the delivery is $13.85. That is a $2.85 overcharge.

My experience at Mulberrys was awesome until I got my ties back. There was still a spot stained on one of them. Also I asked when I dropped them off if they could fix the stitching on the back but when I got it back there was still a small hole. I am disappointed - especially for the amount, I payed I was expecting exceptional quality work - and probably won't be coming back here to clean my clothes.
