St. Louis Park StoreThe first issue was already addressed but still bothers me because I get the impression that there is a lack of attention to detail. I had brought in an item with kitty puke. It was returned to me in the same condition. I did not find out until getting home. I was told later the only other option was to wet clean which I opted for but I should have been called prior to coming out, picking up, and getting home.The second example, I just picked up winter blankets that still had pet hair leaving a question whether these had been given the attention they needed to be “cleaned”.

I run a business and understand. Most importantly, the stumbles were easy for me to adapt to because nothing was pressing—no pun intended.

St. Paul StoreI recommended your services because you did a beautiful job on my daughter's gown. Well...my mother's suits were did not receive the same extraordinary care. There was lint on one jacket. The collar/lapel was half flipped up on the same jacket. The colors of the red suit and long coat were not as bright upon return. But the biggest disappointment was the pickup and delivery of her pieces. The driver who picked them up literally threw them in the back of the car. The delivery was not as bad but the items were returned with hair and lint. What happened???

Delivery MN StoreI sent a button i. A bag with instructions to have the button sewn on and i emailed about the button. Shirt returned, no button, and no button int the bag. I only had one button for the shirt.

2295 Filbert St. StoreThe reason for my rating is that Mulberrys unfortunately ruined a sweater - I picked it up from cleaning and discovered discoloration all over. I brought it back in and the manager emailed me a week later saying it was an invisible stain and gave me a $30 credit. I think it would have been more appropriate to ask the retail value of the sweater and offer something closer to that.

2295 Filbert St. StoreWhite collared shirts came back with wrinkles, collars were not properly ironed (wrinkled), and with black lint and some hair on shirts. I would have to iron these again and take a lint roller to all three. Also, there is what appears to be a blood stain on one shirt which was NOT there when I sent it.

Delivery MN StoreEveryone is nice but I have been calling and checking on a pair of missing pants placed in the bag on the 19th. I was told they were going to arrive the 28th but were not there. I am a bit confused about who I should talk with. I did speak with 2 people at the Edina number this past week.Also, this email came in at 8:04am this morning. We do not have any clothes outside that have been delivered today. Did my clothes go to the wrong home?

Minneapolis StoreThe alterations were done well. The reason for the 3 star rating was the timeliness. I was told the pants would be ready by Saturday, the 17th, but they were not completed until the 19th. I was out of town on business at a conference that I planned to wear the items to, but I was unable to do so since they came in a couple days late. It's understandable that sometimes deadlines are missed, but it is unfortunate nonetheless.

Delivery MN StoreI’ve experienced several communication problems in scheduling service, pick up and delivery. First, I called to make sure you clean both the covers and insides of throw pillows and was assured that you do. After pick up someone called and said you don’t do them and had to send them to a specialist. So apparently that part won’t qualify for the 50% discount I was promised. I had scheduled delivery for next Tuesday, but it came today. It was only by chance that someone was there to receive it. I need to be able to count on what you tell me in all regards.
