Yesterday it was very windy and snowing. I had letters in my mailbox for the mail carrier to pick up. The delivery person took the letters out of the mailbox and laid them on a ledge by the door, where they could have blown away, gotten wet, etc. The dry cleaning was then hung in the mailbox, where it is not protected at all from wind or snow. When I came home, one of my husband's shirts had blown off of its hanger and was lying on the doorstep. In the future, the delivery person should hang the dry cleaning inside the storm door. Thanks.

No need to follow-up. When I picked up my garment, the personal service I felt was only very average...really no communication at all. When given the article nothing was said about a couple of tags on the garment indicating there was a damaged spot on the article...a small hole on the upper back of the sweater. Also, nothing was said about the tag hanging from the hanger with check marks for: "stains exist," "extensive spotting," and "damage to material." I could have used some clarification on this information. The Store looked very clean and well kept up.

Our neighborhood dry cleaners (Roxy) over time proved to be incompetent at keeping track of our clothing as well as our account.For a long time we persisted in using their services, out of inertia and "convenience." But it got to the point where we just couldn't trust them to get much of anything right.I'm not sure whether it was the third or fourth time I had to straighten out getting dinged for a late payment after they credited our payment a month after our physical check was deposited into their account.Or perhaps it was the time I was in to pick up a current order & the 16-year-old kid clerking the place bothered to do a physical search and, while looking for the current order which somehow hadn't been properly entered into their system, ran across a bunch of our clothes that had been misplaced in their system - and thus lost to the world - for over TWO YEARS... as in, "Oh, that's where that shirt was !"Lovely.So we decided to try Mulberry's, which looked like a promising alternative.We first signed up and started trying to use the service [about a month ago], but pick-up scheduling has been, um, problematic.We repeatedly "scheduled" pick-ups via the signals Mulberry sends out, put the dry cleaning out front first thing on the designated pick-up day. Then found our clothes still hanging on the front porch, untouched at evening time.Again and again.However and OTOH, this very afternoon, when he delivered the (one) item that had been successfully been *** picked up ***, I had a chance to speak with the *** Mulberry's driver *** !!!!Following the ***face-to-face conversation*** between me and the driver, I now have some reason to believe that, going forward, pickups will go better.We'll see -for us it's been a month of trying - today's completion of a round trip was the ** first time ** Mulberry's pick-up and delivery has worked.And this only after a series of tries, re-tries, re-re- retries (and, finally, a rather pointed complaint).The main problem with web-based and (putatively) ""fully automated"" systems like Mulberry's is that if the system should fail to work, one finds oneself essentially s%*$ out of luck.Optimistic at last,C. I've only been to your store three times and yet one out of those times my cleaning didn't arrive when promised and I had to wait until the next Monday to receive it. I've never had this kind of problem with a "normal" value-priced cleaning service. It's extra painful when one considers your prices and the boutique type experience you seem to be shooting for.

Please use the hook provided on the right side of the door frame above the doorbell. Everything was hung on the door handle partially laying on the damp front step. I have had previous p/u and delivery service for 10+ years and they always used the hook.

I received an email stating that my order was delivered, but it hadn't been. I called customer service and reported it. Customer service told me they would investigate. About 45 minutes later a driver showed up with my order. He said something like "I missed you the first time but figured I'd deliver since you were on my way home". One of the garment bags was torn open on the top and the hanger was sticking through the side. It didn't look like it had been treated with any care. Noticed this morning when putting on one of the pants for the first time that a button is missing. Not impressed at all.

I love the service but two wool sweaters were washed and shrunk rather than dry cleaned. You have never made this mistake before. It is a problem as these were Eileen Fisher delicates with instructions on the clothes saying to dry clean

Initially when I dropped my clothes off the associate was wonderful! Very friendly and made me feel welcome.When I picked up I did not feel this and it was kind of unfortunate. I do not care to go places where I am treated like a number.

When I went to pick up my clothes around 3:30pm the store was close with a misleading time of return of 8:15 at the door. Had to call couple times to find out if it was open.
