Every time I have sent dry cleaning or laundry there has been an issue with my order. This time items are missing and now I’m told they won’t be ready on the promise day. We are paying more for using Mulberry as compared to other places and except a little better level of service. The ladies at the location are really nice but just the lack of attention to detail is not good.

Hi! I encountered the same issue as last time I had my coat dry cleaned. It seems as though the delivery people aren’t prepped with any sort of notes left on the order. I noted to leave the order on the outside of my door upon drop off, and I received several texts, as well as hard pounding on the door at delivery. Had I not been available via phone, I’m unsure the drop off would have happened, despite leaving detailed notes. Please don’t mistake this to be a direct criticism of the delivery man. I believe he did the best he could with the information provided to him. I don’t think he received my detailed delivery notes upon subitting my order. Coat looks great!

People were super friendly. Order was ready on time. My reason for three stars is probably my fault for not asking for an estimate up front. No one told me when I dropped off my sweater to be dry cleaned that there would be a 2.99 up-charge for the cashmere and an additional seemingly large charge because the eyelet knit in front was handled extra- delicately. I certainly appreciate the care for my sweater but imagine my surprise when the bill was double what I expected (15.99, which included tax, vs the expected 7.99+tax). I wish someone would have told me in advance of the extra charges - negative surprises are no fun. But again, everyone was friendly and job was done well and on time.

There was too much confusion from the very start i.e. the day I downloaded the app. No promo code for 50% off was given after I downloaded it as stated there would be which necessitated my FIRST call to get the app50 promo code. That should have been less than a 1 minute call but wasn't. I explained why I should get it but she questioned why even though I just told her & I said the offer was good until 12/31. She should have known this and immediately said the code, instead it took about 4-5 minutes. When I placed the online order in the notes section, I put app 50. After the pick-up was made I called SECOND time with questions on cleaning and instructions for certain items. I had written most of those I had written down but the pick-up person said he couldn't wait for me to finish & couldnt come back later he said to call them in. THIRD call spent 23 minutes because at first she was writing notes and then decided to put in system. I was repeatedly assured notes would be including app 50.. When the laundry was delivered I had to call for the FOURTH time. No discount was applied, prices charged did not match website and 13 items were missing. I spent over 38 minutes trying to sort out what went wrong. I was told SOME of the notes were in the system so apparently those weren't read. I was told prices were raised but the website hadn't be updated,she said she would adjust those. In addition there is no clarity on how it was arbitrarily decided 2 of the 14 shirts needed to be hand ironed & therefore each charged at least $1.75 more,she adjusted those as well. There was absolutely nothing different about them & had been laundered before w/out hand ironing. Concerning the 13 missing items I was told everything was sent- I reiterated I didnt have them she said "they MAY be here, let me look around". That isn't what I wanted to hear I didn't have them Mulberrys did but couldn't tell me at that point where they were. After all the other issues I'm sure you understand my confidence in Mulberrys was rapidly declining. Afterr several minutes found some clothes that had been set a side at someone's desk & asked me to describe the items! Why? I EXPECTED, who wouldn't, any bag of clothes laying around would have the name of the customer or other identifying tag. I started describing them and she said I "think these are you yours ". WHY wasn't I told 13 items wouldn't be delivered? When I called why wasnt it clear to Mulberrys that they weren't delivered? By this time I had zero confidence that notes were made from my 2nd call so I felt I had to repeat myself. She said she would rush the order I say I appreciated the offer but my experience has been when things are rushed there is a higher probability that thIngs get overlooked,more concern is placed on getting it done than being thorough. I'm NOT saying that would have happened with Mulberrys but I would not take the chance & the woman seemed pleased. I said I didn't care about when they would be delivered,this was a Monday & I said next week would be fine. She asked if late Thursday afternoon would be OK & I said yes. When I received them I noticed 1 item had not been discounted, 1 blouse had a stain I didn't know it was on it but I've no doubt it probably was BUT unlike the other 2 shirts w/stains there was no tag saying it could not be removed. 1 sweater,82silk/12%/cash-mere, was brand new & I asked if it could be steamed instead of dry cleaned & was told it would be but it was dry cleaned. If it couldn't just be steamed I should have been told perhaps no one read the notes or there wasnt one. An expensive sweater,Elle Tahari, had some pulled threads from the design that I'm POSITIVE were not there and a curious small white 1/2" horizontal mark on the left sleeve, neither of those issues were pointed out upon return but there was a comment that there was no cleaning label and there is one. That sweater a FINE 85% silk/15% cashmere blend should not have been put on a hangar as it now looks stretched & has a "see through" quality. The woman said I could bring it & the blouse back to Belmont & they would look at them, they look like an easy fix no threads were broken just loosened one about an inch, she said she would put NOTES in the system about it & the blouse & I could bring them to Belmont. I hope but have no confidence the notes will be there/and or read. I now HAVE to make a trip and hope a FIFTH call will not be necessary. I would have given the service 2.5 stars because of these issues. Prior to my order I told my 85 yr old mother in law how good you were and she wanted an accoumt. I dont want her to have problems, she may not notice billing issues and pay full price & if she did find issues I would have to call probably twice & I don't relish that idea.

I dropped off two jackets but was charged for two coats. Since there’s a $10 charge difference between a jacket and a coat, this ended up adding up to a $34 total that I wasn’t expecting. My jackets are clean though!

Susan at the 207 Berry St, San Francisco, CA 94158 store was absolutely great. She was friendly and courteous and helped me with my order over the phone every time I called. The issue I had was that the app didn't work too well and never updated itself when my clothes got to the store and we're checked in. The following day I had some anxiety that may clothes didn't get there, so I called the store and spoke with Susan again and she assured me that they did arrive. I probably won't use the delivery and pick up function again, unless the app is improved and functions normally. I will, however, continue to use Mulberrys for my dry cleaning needs as I am almost always impressed when I actually go to the store in person and receive really good/great customer care. I was charged an extra $6 for stain removal service when asked if I wanted it initially and said no thank you. It took an additional 10 minutes upon pickup to clarify these charges with the checkout person and then they only offered me credit on my account.

I tried to use the coupon you repeatedly sent me. It was not applied to order. It was for 50% off a dry cleaning order if I used the home delivery service.Admittedly I have not had time to come in to try to rectify the situation. Perhaps when I do I will be able to give a higher score

First time using pick-up/delivery. For some reason my address in the system was inaccurate. The PostMates driver called and he was hard to understand. I gave him the proper address. Never showed. The first call from him was 2 hours after my pickup window. I called the store and asked for advice and if I should just drop off. That is what I did. I come in Monday and have 5 messages from the driver up until 6:30pm. At least three hours after my pickup window, still looking for me. My order was to be delivered on Monday, never came. Called the store and my order was not quite complete. I ended up walking over to the store and picking up, at that time everything was ready. Nothing was noted about delivery. When I dropped off my items, the clerk noted that I had a 50% off coupon for using the pickup/delivery option on the app. I am not sure I am seeing that on my bill, as that too is very confusing. I think I'll stick with dropping off and picking up myself. The cleaning itself I am very happy.

Two times in a row I have gotten back shirts that have missing buttons on the sleeves. Is there a way if these are noticed that they can be replaced? Many of my shirts have extra buttons attached.
