San Carlos StoreSomething goes wrong almost every time I come here - I'm not sure why I keep coming back. For one, I asked them to fix the button on my jeans (it fell off). I provided the button that matched the rest, and they lost the one I provided and sewed in a non-matching button. Then they sent it back to the place to look for the button and didn't follow up until I came in and asked where the jeans were. They couldn't refund me unless I was at the store in person for some reason as well, so I had to go BACK in yet again. Also, charged $28 to PRESS a mens suit (not even clean) and clean one dress shirt. What the heck!!?? Instead of giving coupons back in every single receipt, just adjust the prices to be actually close to what a normal dry cleaner should cost.

207 Berry St. StoreWhile I did receive back the clothes that was meant for dry cleaning, I did not receive back my comforter or a note indicating it would be dropped off at a later time. It would be good to understand if multiple deliveries would be expected. Thank you!

St. Louis Park StoreDrop off and pick up service was fine. I mentioned I was a new client and dropped it off at the location so that the 20% new customer could be applied to the order. My husband picked up the order and the 20% wasn't applied. I had to call twice this morning to get this adjusted and was told that the refund couldn't be applied back to my card and i had to take the credit. I'm a new customer from Pilgrims and was looking for competitive pricing in the neighborhood...

St. Louis Park StoreThe experience at drop off and pick up was a bit slow. The employees were both nice to deal with. But it takes time to stand and wait in line when only one employee is helping customers.

244 Townsend StoreThe collars on my laundered shirts are always wrinkled and those cardboard stay you put on the front are wasteful. They just get thrown away. Not environmentally friendly

207 Berry St. StoreThere was no transparency as to the status of my order or a way to communicate changes. The wrong address for my order was added at the beginning and I asked support to change it and no one did.

Delivery MN StoreOverall, I'm pleased with the quality of cleaning and delivery. My one complaint is with buttons on shirts. I've had several of them come back to me with broken or missing buttons. Obviously that can be very frustrating, especially when you're planning on wearing a shirt and then put it on and discover the buttons broken or missing.

San Carlos StoreGreat quality but $25 is a bit steep considering the job. The dress just needed to be sewed together... the cutting and end seem we're already completed. I probably won't be back given the plethora of inexpensive alternatives.

St. Louis Park StorePeople were friendly and attentive. The shore front was bright and clean. The only shortfalls were: they didn’t have a bag for laundry I had cleaned when dropping off and one of my smartwool socks had gone missing.I know a sock doesn’t seem like much, but at 18 dollars a pair that lost equates to a bill of not 36 dollars, but of 54 dollars. Because you can’t just buy one sock.

207 Berry St. StoreTo be honest starting service has been off. The first split our order for some reason. Then they lost a pair of pants that they later found. And today they forgot to pickup the rugs we scheduled. Not a great series of first impressions.

Delivery-SF StoreHi,We had a little bit of a frustrating experience. I received an email encouraging me to download the new app which I did. The app offered "on demand" pickup which I scheduled for Tuesday "any time". When we woke up on Wednesday, the bag was still on the porch. I called the office and was told "that's not your regular route pick up day". I explained that I had used the "On Demand" app scheduler and was told "you can't do that". The agent did say that she'd have someone come pick up the clothes any way, but Thursday morning, they were still sitting there on the porch. I had to make another call and again request the pick up. The clothes finally were picked up and I'm happy to say they were delivered today. So we had a happy end to the experience, but it was a lot of time and effort to get there. You shouldn't have the on-demand schedule feature in the app if customers aren't supposed to use it!

207 Berry St. StoreI've always had a great experience with Mulberry's. My last order was entered erroneously into the system under a different person's name. It took a while to track down where the order was. Luckily the woman who helped me was very helpful and persistent in resolving the issue for me.
