The quality of dry cleaning and shoe repair was excellent. Communication was a little less good. I asked that a pair of shorts have the zipper repaired and they were dry cleaned instead. There also seems to be a disconnect between the app and what happens at the actual store. I was told my order would maybe be delivered the following day but it showed up that night, which was great, just odd. I scheduled a 2nd pickup for tonight 7p-8p and someone showed up this morning to pick up.

I tried to enter a coupon for 50% off my first pick up but it didn't accept it. The service was nice, but when a guy sees half price and is charged full price he notices. As far as clothes, shirts look great, pants are pressed. All good there. I'll continue to use you.

I was really disappointed. I had several of my daughter's outfits. Some were stained. She gave me a written list of the problem areas, which I shared with the staff. When the items came back, several were still stained.Paul Hannah

Hi! Quality was good but the belt of my sweater was lost...after a few calls and a trip back to the store, it was recovered...with no apologies.Not impressed.

Shoe repair prices are WAY too high. Also, resoled shoes were done with rubber, not leather as we had done on a previous visit.I like the wooden hangers.

I received an email that my order was ready for pick up but when I went 2 hours later, they could not find my order. They said it had just been loaded on the conveyor and so they didn't know the exact location. I gave them 10 minutes to try to find but then had to leave and will go back today to pick it up. Not a big deal but would appreciate not receiving the "your order is ready for pick up" notice until it is truly ready for pick up.Our pick-up/delivery service at home with driver Shane is awesome! He always shows up with a smile on his face and great service.

While at the store, I was offered a delivery date of August 24. I specifically told the individual working her name is Carlene that we were not going to be available and specifically requested that the items delivered on a later date. She offered me a delivery date of August 29. Even though she confirmed and August 29 delivery, the clothes still arrived on August 24 The clothes were hanging in our front door for several days while we are out of town providing a security risk for our home.

My pickup was incomplete. Only half were done when I arrived. I've been told that the other half was not finished until tomorrow, even though the email receipt I received said that all will ready on that day. No explanation was given. Staff not too friendly.
